It includes a tubular body having an injection needle at one end and a plunger at the other end, and a partition axially slidable in the tubular body. The partition includes a front part and a rear part independent of each other, and as a whole divides the interior space of the tubular body into a front compartment and a rear compartment in a sealing manner for storing mutually different substances. A bypass is disposed generally between the front and rear compartments to introduce the substance in the rear compartment into the front compartment when the partition is slid under pressure provided by the plunger to be adjacent to the bypass to thereby mix the substances immediately prior to injection.

    摘要: The present invention inhibits the occurrence of the foreign matters attributable to an adhesive for bonding an injection needle to a needle-base member so as to enhance the yield of a syringe when producing the same. A front-assembly (3) additionally provided at a leading end of an injection cylinder (2) comprises an injection needle (4), a needle-base member (5), a connection hub (6) and a protector cap (7). The injection needle (4) and the needle-base member (5) are fixed to each other with an epoxy adhesive (19). This adhesive (19) contains denatured aliphatic epoxy resin in the amount set to about 10 to about 25 wt % and its viscosity is set to about 20000 to about 40000 mPa·s. This adhesive (19) is heated at a temperature of at least 130 degrees C. for about 20 minutes to cure it. After the front-assembly (3) and the injection cylinder (2) have been sterilized with vapor, the connection hub (6) has a connection portion (17) external fitted and secured to the leading end of the injection cylinder (2).

    摘要: An automatic closure cleansing machine has at least two rotary carriers each having a plurality of receptacles arranged in equally spaced relation to each other and also in equally spaced relation to the axis of rotation of the corresponding rotary carrier, and first and second cleansing liquid applicators being positioned adjacent the rotary carriers, respectively, for spraying a cleansing liquid under pressure towards the closure members carried by the rotary carrier by the effect of a suction force. For this purpose, the receptacles on each rotary carrier are successively communicated to a source of vacuum. One of the opposed sides of each of the closure members is cleansed during the transportation of the closure member by the first rotary carrier while the other of the opposed sides of the closure member is cleansed during the transportation of the closure member by the second rotary carrier. A silicone resin coating may be applied to the closure members after they are removed from the second rotary carrier.
