摘要： A physiological sound examination device which supports estimation of a state of a living body includes a first physiological sound measurement unit; a second physiological sound measurement unit; a power ratio calculation unit which calculates a power ratio which is a ratio of first physiological sound signal power to second physiological sound signal power; and an illness-related gain calculation unit which calculates a transfer-characteristic of the physiological sound in the living body by computing the power ratio. A power calculation unit which calculates first power which is the second physiological sound signal power in a first frequency band; and an illness-related high frequency power ratio calculation unit which calculates a sound-source-characteristic of the physiological sound by computing the first power. The computing is performed to reduce an influence of the respiratory flow velocity and/or the size of the living body.

摘要： A drive of a steering-lock actuator is controlled such that a lock member takes a steering lock state from a steering unlock state if there occurs a change in the state of a vehicle door detected by a door-state detecting device and a stop state of the vehicle is detected by a vehicle-stop-state detecting device when an ignition switch is in an OFF state (step S7). A power supply to the vehicle-stop-state detecting device is made stop if the ignition switch is turned to the OFF state from an ON state (step S2), and the power supply to the vehicle-stop-state detecting device resumes if there occurs the change in the state of the vehicle door detected by the door-state detecting device when the ignition switch is in the OFF state (step S4).

摘要： A communication frame has a counter value which is updated each time the communication frame passes through a node, and a source address. Therefore, upon receiving the communication frame, the node references a source address to check to see if the communication frame was generated by the node, that is, if the communication frame is a returned frame. In addition, even when the node finds that the received communication frame is not the communication frame generated by this node, the node checks counter value information in the communication frame to check to see if the communication frame has already circulated around the network, that is, if the communication frame is abnormal. Furthermore, because the counter value information is provided in each communication frame, the present invention is compatible with a system where a plurality of communication frames are on a network at the same time.

When any one of the operating switches is manipulated, a head unit controls, via the bus line, the electrical equipment corresponding to the manipulated operating switch.

摘要： An image forming apparatus includes a device for setting the apparatus in a check mode to check a state of the apparatus and for selectively executing one of a plurality of check operations. In one aspect, each check operation is set using a commonly provided numeral key, and the check mode is unconditionally released using a clear key. In another aspect, one of the check modes includes a test movement of a movable member used in image formation. In still other aspects, sheet transporting operations are controlled based on the location of a sheet jam, or based on the selection of a sheet sorter. The state of each of the image formation devices is checked even if an improper state has already been detected, plural error states are repeatedly displayed in a specific order, and a display unit is commonly used.
