摘要:
A process and system are provided for transmitting monitoring states between respirators. The process includes the detection of and recording of monitoring states of a monitoring unit (5) of at least a first monitoring period (10) of a first respirator (2). There is an assignment of an identification to the monitoring states of the monitoring unit (5) of the at least first monitoring period (10) of the first respirator (2). There is a transmission of the monitoring states of the monitoring unit (5) of the at least first monitoring period (10) of the first respirator (2) to a second respirator (3). This is followed by a setting of the monitoring unit (5) of the second respirator (3) corresponding to the transmitted monitoring states of the monitoring unit (5) of the at least first monitoring period (10) of the first respirator (2). This is then followed by a repetition of steps for the monitoring states of the monitoring unit (5) of each additional monitoring period (10) of the first respirator (2).

摘要:
A monitoring device for monitoring a therapy device, for example, an anesthesia device or a respirator, is provided by which an alarm device for triggering an alarm when the value drops beyond a warning limit (4) is automatically activated when a determined therapy parameter drops beyond this warning limit (4). The warning limit (4) is set automatically in this case. In addition, a therapy device monitored by the monitoring device and especially an anesthesia device as well as a respirator are provided. A process for triggering an alarm as well as a process for treating a patient is also provided.

A respiration system includes a patient connection (1), an inspiratory branch (3), an expiratory branch (13), a rebreathing line (99), a reservoir (25), a CO2 absorber (29), a radial compressor respiration drive (33), a fresh gas supply unit (51), an oxygen flushing device (55), connected to the rebreathing line, a pressure sensor (31) and an actuatable control valve (21), arranged in the rebreathing line between a second end (17) of the expiratory branch and the CO2 absorber. The compressor, oxygen flushing device and fresh gas supply unit are arranged in the rebreathing line between the CO2 absorber and a second end (7) of the inspiration branch. The compressor inlet points towards the CO2 absorber and the outlet points towards the second end of the inspiratory branch. The pressure sensor is arranged in the rebreathing line between the compressor and the second end of the inspiratory branch.

A method for measuring the anesthetic agent consumption in a ventilation system has a breathing circuit which contains a gas mixer (1) and an anesthetic agent metering device (2). The anesthetic agent quantity, which is consumed over a pregiven time interval in the ventilation system, is determined from the sum of the determined anesthetic gas volume flows in the ventilation system which are integrated over the pregiven time interval.
摘要:
A device for supplying a respirator with breathing gas is designed in a modular design. To accomplish the object, a cover plate (9), a distributor plate (20) and a half shell body (11) are provided in a sandwich-like design, wherein said distributor plate (20) has walls (3, 5) projecting on both sides, which are connected to the cover plate (9) and to the half shell body (11) and define gas ducts (7) as well as a buffer volume (12).

An anesthesia system with an anesthetic evaporator can be operated even in case of a defect, particularly in case of a power outage. The anesthetic evaporator (10) and a valve arranged upstream of the anesthetic evaporator (10) are provided, whereby the gas flow through the valve (8) is conveyed completely or partially through the anesthetic evaporator (10) or a bypass line (9) past the anesthetic evaporator (10) in case of operation in accordance with the regulations, while the gas flow takes place only through the anesthetic evaporator (10) in case of a defect.

A method for controlling the end-expiratory pressure at a patient (30) in a respiratory system (50) of an anesthesia apparatus or respirator (30) includes regulating a pressure curve (401a, 401b, 501a, 501b) during the expiration phase (650) of the patient such that the pressure curve is described by an at least partially dropping curve (105a, 105b, 106a, 106b, 601, 602, 603, 604) from a first upper pressure value (613a, 613b, 613c, 613d) to a first lower pressure value (614a, 614b, 614c, 614d) from the end of the inspiration phase (660) until the beginning of the next, following inspiration phase (670). An anesthesia apparatus or respirator is provided that includes an operating and actuating unit that regulates a controllable expiratory valve and a respiration drive such that the pressure curve is described by an at least partially dropping curve.
