    摘要: The present invention provides novel polynucleotides encoding Drosophila DmTNF polypeptides, fragments and homologs thereof. The present invention also is directed to novel polynucleotides encoding two Drosophila DmTNF variants, DmTNFv1 and DmTNFv2 polypeptides, fragments and homologs thereof. Also provided are vectors, host cells, antibodies, and recombinant and synthetic methods for producing said polypeptides. The invention further relates to screening methods for identifying agonists and antagonists of the polynucleotides and polypeptides of the present invention, in addition to methods of genetically modifying Drosophila or cultured cells to express or mis-express DmTNF, DmTNFv1, or DmTNFv2. The invention also relates to the use of such modified insects or cells to characterize DmTNF activity, identify TNF-like genes and/or genes implicated in modulating TNF, characterize TNF signaling pathways, and/or to identify modulators of DmTNF activity.

    摘要: An evaporator fan assembly includes a shroud have a plurality of irregularly staggered shroud legs radially outwardly spaced from a fan orifice and terminating in a motor mount. A motor is removably secured to the motor mount by a motor clip. The motor clip preferably includes a pair of legs terminating in a catch or hook that may be secured to a cross-member or support bar between the shroud legs. The motor is secured in a centered position to properly align a fan blade in the fan orifice. The fan blade is secured to the drive shaft of the motor which passes through a hole in the motor mount. A shroud cover may be secured to the shroud.

    摘要: Deterministic evaluation of coupling noise voltage is a function of many physical and electrical parameters such as wiring level, widths, spacing, net topologies, drv impedance and slew rates. This evaluation requires electrical modeling and subsequent circuit simulation to assess the sensitivities of these parameters. These sensitivities can be categorized as coupling guidelines that can be directly linked through extracted physical design data. This invention discloses the development and implementation of a technique for using a coupling guideline table early in the design of an integrated circuit when all the parameters generally required for coupling noise voltage calculations are not available. The steps include: creating a flat wire routing map of the integrated circuit, identifying the coupled wire segments on the integrated circuit, tracking wire interconnection patterns on the integrated circuit, deriving electrical parameters for the coupled wire segments, and generating a coupling guideline table with parameters for a plurality of electrical parameters. The parameters in the coupling guideline table are applied to the derived electrical parameters and a report is generated that lists the derived electrical parameters that fail to comply with the parameters in the coupling guideline table.
