摘要： An apparatus for a photovoltaic system in which multiple poles are connectable with multiple fuses is provided. The apparatus includes a rotor configured to occupy at least first and second rotational angles, a disconnect unit including a plurality of interrupter housings respectively configured to connect at least one of the multiple poles with at least one of the multiple fuses in accordance with a rotational angle of the rotor, at least one of the plurality of the interrupter housings being mutually connectable, a transmission unit disposed and configured to electrically combine the multiple poles into a lesser number of the multiple poles, a housing sized to house the rotor, the disconnect unit and the transmission unit and an actuator arm disposed at the exterior of the housing and configured to be selectively actuated to cause the rotor to occupy the at least one of the rotational angles.

摘要： A panel board retrofit kit, and method of selecting a panelboard retrofit kit, for replacing a panel board having a switching device in an enclosure is disclosed. The panel board retrofit kit has a first dead front plate having a first aperture, and a second dead front plate having a second aperture. The second aperture of the second panel board dead front plate is configurable to overlap at least a portion of said first aperture of said first dead front plate. The disclosed panelboard retrofit kit and method enable replacement of an installed panel board without removing or replacing the panel board enclosure.

摘要： An electrical distribution system includes at least one circuit breaker device having an electrical interruption system provided with an electrical pathway, at least one micro electro-mechanical switch (MEMS) device electrically coupled in the electrical pathway, at least one hybrid arcless limiting technology (HALT) connection, and at least one control connection. A HALT circuit member is electrically coupled to HALT connection on the circuit breaker device and a controller is electrically coupled to the control connection on the circuit breaker device. The controller is configured and disposed to selectively connect the HALT circuit member and the at least one circuit breaker device via the HALT connection to control electrical current flow through the at least one circuit breaker device.
