摘要: Methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for location measurement reporting in a wireless network are disclosed. An apparatus of a responder station is disclosed, the apparatus comprising processing circuitry configured to derive bits from a temporary key, and generate a first sequence and a second sequence using the bits, wherein the first sequence and second sequence comprise one or more symbols. The processing circuitry is further configured to concatenate the first sequence and the second sequence to form a new first sequence comprising the first sequence and the second sequence, and concatenate a modified first sequence and a modified second sequence to form a new second sequence. The processing circuitry may be configured to repeat a number of times the concatenate the first sequence through the concatenate the modified first sequence.

摘要: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to an invalid location measurement report (LMR) indication. A device may identify a first null data packet (NDP) received from a first station device during, wherein the first NDP is used for channel sounding. The device may perform a time of arrival (ToA) calculation based on the NDP. The device may determine an invalid indication associated with the first NDP based on the ToA calculation. The device may generate an LMR comprising of the invalid measurement indication. The device may cause to send the LMR to the first device.

摘要: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to enhanced feedback for secure mode wireless communications. A device may send a first null data packet (NDP) to a second device, and identify a second NDP received from the second device. The device may identify a location measurement report (LMR) received from the second device, the LMR including a first channel response indicative of a first arrival time of the first NDP at the second device and a first phase shift associated with the first NDP. The device may generate a second channel response indicative of a second arrival time of the second NDP at the device and a second phase shift associated with the second NDP. The device may determine that the first channel response does not match the second channel response, and may identify an attempted attack.

A device may determine a null data packet (NDP) frame comprising one or more fields. The device may determine a first long training field (LTF) and a second LTF, the first LTF and the second LTF being associated with a first frequency band of the NDP frame, wherein time domain LTF symbols of first LTF and the second LTF are generated using different LTF sequences. The device may determine a third LTF and a fourth LTF, the third LTF and the fourth LTF being associated with the a second frequency band of the NDP frame, wherein time domain LTF symbols of third LTF and the fourth LTF are generated using different LTF sequences. The device may cause to send the NDP frame to an initiating or a responding device. The device may cause to send a location measurement report (LMR) frame to the initiating or the responding device, wherein the LMR comprises timing information associated with the first frequency band and the second frequency band.

An apparatus of a responding station (RSTA) is disclosed, where the apparatus comprises processing circuitry configured to perform ranging with a initiating stations (ISTAs) and maintain a separate sounding dialogue token for each of the ISTAs and transmit a corresponding sounding dialogue token for a ISTA in a trigger frame for ranging and sounding or a null data packet announcement (NDPA) frame, and in a responding to initiating location measurement report. Apparatuses of RSTAs and ISTAS are disclosed that perform power control management during non-trigger-based ranging.

摘要: Embodiments of an access point (AP), station (STA) and method of sounding are generally described herein. The AP may transmit, during a transmission opportunity (TXOP), a trigger frame (TF) to indicate that an STA is to transmit an uplink sounding packet during an uplink sounding period of the TXOP. The AP may attempt to detect the uplink sounding packet during the uplink sounding period. If the uplink sounding packet is not detected during the uplink sounding period, the AP may transmit a recovery packet to cause other STAs to determine a busy condition during the uplink sounding period. If the uplink sounding packet is detected during the uplink sounding period, the AP may determine a channel estimate for the STA based at least partly on the uplink sounding packet.

The processing circuitry further configured to decode a NDP from the ISTA, the NDP comprising long training fields (LTFs), the NDP received on a channel. The processing circuitry further configured to determine whether the NDP from the ISTA is consistent with the NDP being generated using a temporary key shared between the ISTA and RSTA based on a comparison of the channel estimates. The processing circuitry may be further configured to determine for authentication whether the indication of the temporary key was generated based on the temporary key.

The processing circuitry may be further configured to encode a location measurement report (LMR), the LMR comprising the dialog token and an indication of the temporary key.
