摘要: A soft X-ray light source, including a vacuum target chamber, a refrigeration cavity, and a nozzle. The refrigeration cavity and the nozzle are contained in the vacuum target chamber. The nozzle (36) is arranged in the refrigeration cavity. The vacuum target chamber has a t-branch tube and a multi-channel tube. The t-branch tube has a first outlet and a second outlet opposed to each other and a third outlet, wherein the first outlet is connected to a mounting plate through which a refrigerant inlet pipe, a refrigerant outlet pipe, and a working gas pipe respectively pass and are connected to the refrigeration cavity, and wherein the third outlet is connected to a vacuum extraction device. The multi-channel tube has a top opening and a bottom opening opposed to each other, wherein the top opening is connected to the second outlet, wherein a vacuum outlet is provided at the bottom opening.

摘要: A method for digitalizing a scintillation pulse may include: S1, acquiring a pulse database outputted by a detector irradiated by rays of different energy; S2, sampling and 5 quantizing each of pulses in the pulse database obtained in S1 to acquire complete energy information comprised in the pulse; S3, undersampling and quantizing each of the pulses in the pulse database obtained in step S1, and estimating or fitting energy information by using pulse prior information; S4, with the energy information obtained in S2 as a standard, determining a mapping relationship between 10 the energy information obtained by a prior information-based undersampling pulse energy acquisition method and the energy information obtained by the method of S2; and S5 correcting the energy information obtained by the prior information-based undersampling pulse energy acquisition method by using the energy mapping relationship obtained in S4.

摘要: The present application provides an image reconstruction method, a device, equipment, a system, and a computer-readable storage medium. Said method comprises: obtaining a target reconstruction model (S1); invoking a first convolutional layer in the obtained target reconstruction model to extract shallow layer features from the obtained image to be reconstructed (S2); invoking a residual network module in the target reconstruction model to obtain middle layer features from the shallow layer features (S3); invoking a densely connected network module in the target reconstruction model to obtain deep layer features from the middle layer features (S4); and invoking a second convolutional layer in the target reconstruction model to perform image reconstruction on the deep layer features so as to obtain a reconstructed image of the image to be reconstructed (S5). Said method improves the quality and resolution of a reconstructed image.
