摘要： A coupling apparatus for facilitating communications of data signals over a low voltage electric power network is provided. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes a mains terminal configured to be connected to a low voltage electric power network carrying alternating current (AC) power and an appliance terminal configured to receive a male electric plug. The two terminals may be housed in a housing and connected via one or more inductive elements that attenuate high frequencies while allowing the AC power to pass through substantially unimpeded. Thus, interference caused by an appliance connected to the appliance terminal is filtered to prevent such interference from being conducted onto the low voltage electric power network. The apparatus also may include a third terminal that in some embodiments is electrically connected to the mains terminal to thereby output the data signals and AC power. In other embodiments, a modem may connect the third terminal to the mains terminal in which case the third terminal may communicate demodulated data to a communication device without outputting the AC power.

The transmission stage (25) has at least one planetary gear (27) and a rotating carrier element (32). A coupling (37) serves to couple the carrier element (32) relative to the housing (18). When coupled, torque transmission occurs from one of the first or second shaft (19, 22), to the other one of the two shafts. The housing (18), the first shaft (19), the second shaft (22), the transmission stage (25) and the coupling (37) form part of a unit adapted to attach to a drive (3).

摘要： A method for differentiating between a fire and the manipulation of a fire detector. The fire detector has at least two sensor units, each of which contains a light source and a light collector. A cover plate is formed with at least two light exit and entry windows. The device is used to monitor at least one fire parameter in the area surrounding the fire detector according to a scattered light method. The respective light entry and exit windows on the cover plate are connected to an optical fiber element in such a way that light from the light source of one sensor unit is guided to and captured by the light collector of the other sensor unit.

The ball bearing is for axially supporting the at least one rotatingly drivable disc, wherein a first bearing race of the ball bearing is integrally formed with the at least one rotatingly drivable disc.

Said adjusting device comprises a housing (4) with a longitudinal axis (A) and a ball ramp arrangement (1) having a support disk (17) that is axially and radially supported in the housing (4) and an axially displaceable adjusting disk (16). The supporting disk (17) is secured against rotation in the housing (4) and, in a first lateral face (23), has first ball tracks (24) of varying depth in the peripheral direction. The adjusting disk (16) can be rotatingly driven and, in a second lateral face (25) opposite the first lateral face (23), has second ball tracks (26) of varying depth in the peripheral direction. The ball tracks (24, 26) define one pair each with opposed slopes and receive one ball (27) each. The adjusting disk (16) is axially supported on the multiple disk clutch (2) and axially and radially mounted by means of the balls (27) retained in the ball tracks (24, 26).
