摘要: A winder for continuous winding of a material web, like a paper or board web, on a winding spool to form a wound reel. A contact pressure drum is rotatably supported on a displaceable transport device and the drum itself is displaceable with respect to the transport device to form a widening nip with the wound reel. The transport device also supports a primary bearing for holding an empty spool during the start of the winding process. The bearing for the empty spool is between the contact pressure drum and a secondary bearing for supporting the wound reel in the final winding position. The primary bearing for the initially empty spool is fixed in location on a transport device. The transport device is in turn transportable toward and away from the secondary bearing for the wound reel. The contact pressure drum is supported to move along with the transport device as well as also being displaceable with respect to the transport device to maintain the line pressure during increase in the wound spool diameter.

摘要: Process and winding machine for winding a continuous material web on a reel spool forming a wound reel. The process includes, upon attaining a desired roll diameter in an old wound reel, closing a new winding nip between a reeling drum and a new reel spool brought into a standby position. In this regard, the reeling drum and the old wound reel are jointly displaced while maintaining the old winding nip formed between the reeling drum and the old wound reel. After the closing of the new winding nip between the reeling drum and the new reel spool, the linear load in the new winding nip is adjusted, controlled or regulated by a corresponding displacement and tightening of the reeling drum.

摘要: A feature of a pressure roll or a continuous pressure belt for the formation of a reeling nip using a parent roll in a reel-up for the reeling up of a material web, in particular paper web or paperboard web, is that the roll surface or, respectively, belt surface adjacent to the reeling nip has helical, an at least single-start groove, the depth of which is in the range from about 0.4 mm to about 1.5 mm, and the maximum width of which is in the range from about 35 to 60 mm.

摘要: A reeling machine for winding a web, in particular a paper or cardboard web, for the formation of a wound web roll on a reel-spool, with a reeling drum, which forms a winding nip with the wound web roll and with at least one separating mechanism, which separates the web in a separating area. In the reeling machine, the separating mechanism is advanced before the separating process--as seen in vertical direction--from above to the separating area, which lies at a short distance to the outer periphery of the new reel-spool and/or--as seen in run direction of the web--to the winding nip between the reeling drum and the new reel-spool.

摘要: A method for entering data into at least a first and a second control device of a motor vehicle is provided. Each of the first and the second control device is provided with a sequencing control that has a reversible deactivation state, a programming mode, and an operating mode with operating functions. The first and the second control device are each put into the deactivation state, during which the execution of operating functions of the operating mode is prevented, preferably at least to a large extent. The first and the second control device are each put into the programming mode, during which the reversible deactivation state of each control device is maintained. The deactivation state of all control devices will be canceled after the respective data have been entered into all control devices in the programming mode.

摘要: A method is provided for simulating fluid flow within a three dimensional object having first and second generally opposed surfaces. The method includes: matching each element of the first surface with an element of the second surface between which a reasonable thickness may be defined, wherein matched elements of the first surface constitute a first set of matched elements and matched elements of the second surface constitute a second set of matched elements, specifying a fluid injection point, and performing a flow analysis using each set of the matched elements. In this way, the injection point is linked to all locations on the first and second surfaces from which flow may emanate such that resulting flow fronts along the first and second surfaces are synchronized.
