摘要： A vertical shaft impact crusher includes a rotor that rotates about a substantially vertical axis for accelerating a flow of material to be crushed. The crusher further includes a housing, a feed tube, and a feeding chamber. The housing includes a circumferential impact wall section against which the accelerated flow of material may be crushed. The feed tube is for vertically feeding a flow of material into the rotor to be crushed. The feeding chamber includes a feeding chamber side wall and is for vertically feeding a flow of material into the feed tube. A first door is provided for opening and closing an aperture in the feeding chamber side wall. The feed tube is removable from the feeding chamber via the first aperture.

摘要： A horizontal shaft impact crusher includes a crusher housing having an inlet for material to be crushed and an outlet for material that has been crushed. An impeller is mounted in the crusher housing for rotation about a horizontal axis. A curtain disposed in the crusher housing is arranged so material accelerated by the impeller is crushed thereagainst. An adjustment device, which adjusts the position of the curtain relative to the impeller, is slidable connected to guide rods. The adjustment device includes a locking device positionable selectively in either a holding state in which the locking device is de-energized and arranged to apply a holding force for holding the adjustment device in a crusher operation position relative to the guide rods, or an adjustment state in which the locking device is energized and arranged to release the holding force, thereby enabling displacement of the adjustment device relative to the guide rods.

摘要： A method of crushing material includes the steps of feeding a first flow of material to be crushed to a rotor rotating around a vertical axis, the rotor accelerating the first flow of material towards an impact wall section, and feeding a second flow of material to be crushed into the path of the accelerated first flow of material. The second flow of material is fed in a direction having a substantially tangential component in relation to the rotor, such that the second flow of material will have a substantially tangential component of movement in relation to the rotor when reaching the path of the first flow of material. A crusher is adapted to feed the second flow of material such that it will have a substantially tangential component of movement in relation to the rotor when reaching the path of the first flow of material.
