    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a display area in which a display element is arranged and a non-display area having a pad area outside the display area, a first thin-film transistor arranged in the display area of the substrate and including a first semiconductor layer and a first gate electrode insulated from the first semiconductor layer, a first voltage line which extends in a first direction on the first gate electrode, a data line apart from the first voltage line and which extends in the first direction, connection lines which connects the data line to a pad in the pad area in the display area, and a conductive layer arranged in a layer between the first voltage line and the data line.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a substrate, a display layer disposed on the substrate, and a thin film encapsulation layer that covers the display layer. The display layer includes a plurality of emission portions and a non-emission portion around each of the plurality of emission portions. The thin film encapsulation layer includes a first organic film that covers the emission portions, a second organic film that covers the non-emission portion and is spaced apart from the first organic film, and a first inorganic film interposed between the first organic film and the second organic film.

    Abstract: Provided are a display device its method of manufacturing. The device includes a base; first and second thin-film transistors (TFT) on the base, adjacent to each; an organic layer covering the first and second TFT, including a first and second opening overlapping the drain electrodes of the first and second TFT, respectively; a common electrode on the organic layer comprising a common electrode opening overlapping the first opening and another common electrode opening overlapping the second opening; an insulating layer on a bump spacer which is on the common electrode; a first and second pixel electrode on the insulating layer overlapping the common electrode and electrically connected to the first and second TFT, respectively, wherein a minimum distance between the bump spacer and the common electrode opening is substantially equal to a minimum distance between the bump spacer and the other common electrode opening.

    Abstract: A thin film transistor array panel includes: a gate line disposed on a substrate and including a first connection member of a gate driver region and a gate electrode of a display area, a gate insulating layer disposed on the substrate and having a first contact hole exposing the first connection member, a semiconductor layer disposed on a region of the gate insulating layer, a data line disposed on the gate insulating layer and the semiconductor layer and including a drain electrode, a source electrode, and a second connection member connected to the first connection member through the first contact hole, a passivation layer disposed on the data line, the source electrode, the drain electrode, and the second connection member, and a pixel electrode disposed on the passivation layer and electrically connected to the drain electrode. A horizontal width of the first contact hole ranges from 1 to 2 μm.
