摘要: The invention discloses a method, a system and a storage medium for solid-phase concentration correction of a lithium battery. The method includes establishing an electrochemical model of the lithium battery; initializing a solid phase concentration in the electrochemical model to be a first solid phase concentration; simulating the simulated output voltage of the lithium battery in a preset period according to the electrochemical model, the preset current and the first solid-phase concentration; acquiring the actual output voltage of the lithium battery in the preset period; calculating an error coefficient between the simulation output voltage and the actual output voltage, and presetting an error threshold corresponding to the error coefficient; and when the error coefficient is greater than the error threshold, performing iterative correction on the first solid phase concentration until the error coefficient is not greater than the error threshold, and outputting the corrected second solid phase concentration.

摘要: The invention provides an electrochemical model based method for early warning for a lithium battery, including establishing a three-dimensional electrochemical model for the lithium battery, and dividing the lithium battery into three portions respectively including a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a separator; performing spatial discretization on the three-dimensional electrochemical model according to a preset accuracy to establish the four-dimensional spatial coordinates of the lithium battery; obtaining a current lithium ion concentration in each position of the lithium battery by simulation based on the four-dimensional space coordinates, a historical lithium ion concentration and a historical diffusion coefficient of the lithium battery; and performing early warning for the lithium battery according to the current lithium ion concentration in each position. The method adopts the volumetric SOC or surface SOC of the lithium battery for operation management, which is direct and objective, and can be is applied to most external environments.

The method includes acquiring cell voltages of each battery pack in the battery cluster within a preset time; performing data cleaning on the acquired cell voltages; calculating a voltage standard score of each cell based on the cell voltages after data cleaning; calculating a mean value and a standard deviation of said voltage standard score; for each battery pack, plotting scattered points based on the mean value and the standard deviation, and performing closed curve fitting to the scattered points to obtain a closed curve; and analyzing the state of the battery pack based on the closed curve.

摘要: The invention provides method and device for battery state-of-charge (SOC) estimation. The method comprises establishing an electrochemical model for a battery; setting an initial value of the current SOC of the battery, and determining an initial distribution of solid-phase lithium ion concentrations in the electrochemical model according to the initial value of the SOC; performing a charge/discharge test on the battery, collecting measured voltage and current of the battery after a first time interval; calculating an output voltage and a distribution of the solid-phase lithium ion concentrations at a current acquisition time based on the measured current and the initial distribution of the solid-phase lithium ion concentrations; and when a voltage difference between the output voltage and the measured voltage is within a preset range, estimating the current SOC value of the battery based on the distribution of the solid-phase lithium ion concentration at the current acquisition time.

The method includes the following steps: acquiring historical data of the power battery in at least two charging processes; determining, according to historical data in one charging process, a dQ/dV curve and a direct current internal resistance corresponding to said charging process; calculating a relative change rate of internal resistance capacity in any two charging processes; and determining the performance of the power battery according to the relative change rate of internal resistance capacity and a relative change rate of internal resistance capacity range corresponding to fault type. The invention can effectively determine whether the performance of the power battery is abnormal by combining, in the two charging processes, the target peak value of a dQ/dV curve of the power battery and the change in direct current internal resistance.

摘要: The invention discloses method system for detecting lithium precipitation of lithium batteries. The method includes acquiring voltage-time data of lithium batteries of a battery module; performing feature extraction on the voltage-time data to obtain voltage-time data of charging and discharging in accordance with a preset range; performing an inflection point judgment on the voltage-time data of the charging and discharging; determining that there exists the inflection point, and grading the inflection point time when the inflection point occurs; and detecting an amount of lithium precipitation of the lithium batteries based on the grade of the inflection point time. The method combines data feature extraction and electrochemical model in big data and establishes a series of log and threshold system to detect and monitor lithium precipitation and early warn for lithium batteries.

The method includes: obtaining to-be-identified parameters from an electrochemical model to form individuals; calculating a first fitness for each individual; determining a cell parameter if any individual has a first fitness less than a fitness threshold; sorting the individuals in an ascending order based on magnitudes of the first fitness, and partition the individuals into two parts in a case that each individual has a first fitness greater than or equal to the fitness threshold; updating to sub-individuals obtained from partition; calculating a second fitness for each individual, compare the second fitness with the first fitness, and retain an individual having a smaller fitness; and terminates if a fitness of the retained individual is less than the fitness threshold.
