摘要: A mobile station device that receives control information having a downlink control information format and addressed by a Cell-Radio Network Temporary Identifier on a physical downlink control channel from a base station device. The mobile station device also transmits a random access preamble using a random access channel to the base station device based on receiving the control information which provides a random access order. The downlink control information format includes a first field for downlink resource assignment. In a first case that the downlink control information form at is used for the random access order, a fixed value is set to the first field, while in a second case in which the downlink control information format is used for downlink scheduling, a first value different from the fixed value is set to the first field.

摘要: A base station apparatus for communicating with a terminal apparatus transmits a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection reconfiguration request message including a Data Radio Bearer (DRB) configuration to the terminal apparatus. The DRB configuration includes a DRB identity and a Packet Data Convergence Protocol Layer (PDCP) entity configuration corresponding to the DRB identity. PDCP entity configuration information includes one of a PDCP entity configuration for Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access (E-UTRA) and a PDCP entity configuration for New Radio (NR). A PDCP entity is established in accordance with the PDCP entity configuration information.

摘要: The present invention provides user equipment and a beam failure recovery method. The beam failure recovery method for user equipment (UE), includes: receiving indication of beam failure instance; accumulating the number of received indications so as to obtain an accumulative value; initiating a beam failure recovery procedure when the accumulative value is greater than a first threshold; and skipping processing the received indication of beam failure instance during the beam failure recovery period. Thus, it is possible to eliminate false beam failures.
