A method of wireless communication performed by a non-access point (AP) multi-link device (MLD) (non-AP MLD) that includes stations (STAs) comprises: forming a link with a corresponding AP of an AP MLD, wherein the AP MLD comprises a plurality of APs that form a logical AP MLD; initiating a scan phase procedure over the link between the non-AP MLD and the corresponding AP to request information about the APs that form the logical AP MLD; and receiving a response from the corresponding AP based on the scan phase procedure, the response including information related to roaming received by the corresponding AP from other APs of the logical AP MLD.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for facilitating restricted target wake time (TWT) operation in a wireless local area network. The apparatuses include a non-access point (AP) multi-link device (MLD) comprising a plurality of stations (STAs) and a processor. Each STA comprises a transceiver configured for broadcast TWT operation on multi-link operation (MLO) links with corresponding APs of an AP MLD. The processor is operably coupled to the transceivers, and configured to negotiate a broadcast TWT schedule over a first link between a first STA and a first AP of the AP MLD, apply the broadcast TWT schedule to the group of links, negotiate a restricted TWT schedule with the AP MLD over at least one link of the group of links, and establish the restricted TWT schedule on one or more links of the at least one link.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for requesting traffic characteristics in a wireless network. The apparatuses include a wireless station (STA) device comprising a transceiver and a processor operably coupled to the transceiver. The transceiver is configured to transmit and receive signals. The processor is configured to generate a traffic profile request element that comprises an indication of a request for an access point (AP) to provide, to the STA, traffic characteristics, as observed at the AP, of downlink (DL) traffic between the AP and the STA. The transceiver is further configured to transmit to the AP the traffic profile request element. The requested traffic characteristics are used to determine target wake time (TWT) parameters for a TWT operation between the AP and the STA.

A method includes identifying a narrow beam for a transmission, identifying a composite beam including the narrow beam based on an association between one or more composite beams and one or more narrow beams, identifying one or more beamforming weights for transmitting the composite beam, and transmitting the composite beam using the one or more beamforming weights. The one or more beamforming weights are determined based on machine learning. In some embodiments, the method includes generating a composite beam codebook including information indicating sets of one or more beamforming weights corresponding to composite beam indexes, respectively. The sets of one or more beamforming weights are determined using respective parameters of a machine learning algorithm that are separately updated for coverage regions of composite beams corresponding to the composite beam indexes, respectively.

摘要: An indoor positioning method includes scanning for registered Wi-Fi nodes with known coordinates to generate a list of the registered Wi-Fi nodes. The method also includes performing a ranging operation by (i) selecting nodes to range with from the list of the registered Wi-Fi nodes, and (ii) processing ranging responses from the selected nodes to generate a series of distance measurements. The method further includes obtaining a series of sensor readings generated by one or more inertial measurement units (IMUs) of a device. The method also includes estimating a position of the device based on the series of distance measurements and the series of sensor readings using first and second filtering operations that are performed in parallel.

Each radar frame within the data window includes features selected from a predefined feature set and at least one of time-velocity data or time angle data. The method includes, for each radar frame within the data window, receiving a binary prediction indicating whether the radar frame includes a gesture end. The method includes in response to the binary prediction indicating that the radar frame includes the gesture end, triggering an early stop (ES) checker to determine whether an ES condition is satisfied. Determining whether the ES condition is satisfied comprises determining whether a noise frames condition and a valid activity condition are satisfied. The method includes in response to a determination that the ES condition is satisfied, triggering a gesture classifier to predict a gesture type.
