    摘要: A separator for a battery includes a porous polymer film having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, wherein the first surface has openings distributed thereon communicating with pores of the porous polymer film, and the ratio of the total area of the openings to the area of the first surface is 89% or more and 96% or less. The diameters of the openings may be within the range of 0.8 μm or more and 40 μm or less. A region with a predetermined thickness including at least the first surface of the porous polymer film preferably includes at least one selected from the group consisting of polypropylene, and a copolymer of propylene and another copolymerizable monomer.

The separator includes a heat resistant porous film including a heat resistant resin, a first polyolefin porous film covering entirely a surface of the heat resistant porous film on the positive electrode side, and a second polyolefin porous film covering entirely a surface of the heat resistant porous film on the negative electrode side. The heat resistant resin has a melting point or a heat deflection temperature higher than those of polyolefins included in the first and second polyolefin porous films. The heat resistant porous film has a thickness of 1 to 16 μm, each of the first and second polyolefin porous films has a thickness of 2 to 17 μm, and the separator has a thickness of 5 to 35 μm.

A heat resistant porous film may be laminated on the polyolefin porous film. The lubricant layer 14 includes a particulate substance 22 and has a three-dimensional surface roughness of 0.15 to 1.45 μm. The particulate substance 22 can adhere to the surface of the porous film 12 by electrostatic attraction. The porous film 12 can further include a heat-resistant porous layer 18 between the polyolefin layer 16 and the lubricant layer 14. The separator 4 allows a winding core for the lithium secondary battery to be pulled out smoothly.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a solid electrolyte including Li, O, P and a transition metal element. In the solid electrolyte, because the transition metal element T is reduced prior to phosphorus atoms, it is possible to prevent the valence of phosphorus atoms from decreasing. Thereby, the decomposition of the solid electrolyte resulting from the decrease of valence of phosphorus atoms is prevented, and therefore high ion conductivity is retained even in a wet atmosphere.
