摘要: A diaphragm spring device comprising a diaphragm spring including a plurality of tongues having radially inner ends adapted to be pushed in an axially foward direction by a release bearing, an annular lever plate seated on the rear surfaces of the ends of the tongues and having a portion through which the radially inner ends of the tongues are pushed by the release bearing, an annular fixing bushing fixed to the inner periphery of the lever plate, and having a spring seat flange at the forward end, which is located in front of the tongues and projects radially outwardly beyond the adjacent end of the lever plate, and a conical spring interposed between the flange and the tongues.

摘要: To accomplish a superior characteristic for absorbing and damping torsional vibrations in a damper disk assembly and a flywheel assembly. A damper disk assembly includes a pair of plates 11 and 12, a flange 20, coil springs 16 and 17, and friction plates 58 and 59. The pair of plates 11 and 12 is fixed to each other. The flange 20 is disposed between the pair of plates 11 and 12 in the axial direction. The coil springs 16 and 17 elastically couple the pair of plates 11, 12 and flange 20 in the rotational direction. The friction plates 58 and 59 are disposed to operate in parallel with the coil springs 16 and 17 between the pair of plates 11, 12 and the flange 20 in the rotational direction, frictionally engage with the pair of plates 11 and 12, and engage with the flange 20 to be relatively rotatable in only range of the small torsional angle.

摘要: A damper mechanism is provided to suppress the enlargement of a prescribed angle in a damper mechanism. A clutch disk assembly 1 has an input rotary member 2, a spline hub 3, a damper section 4, a large friction mechanism 13, a friction suppressing mechanism, and an elastic member 104. The spline hub 3 is arranged to rotate relative to the input rotary member 2. The damper section 4 couples the input rotary member 2 and the spline hub 3 together rotationally. The large friction mechanism 13 can generate friction when the input rotary member 2 and the spline hub rotate relative to each other. The friction suppressing mechanism is a rotational gap &thgr;ACp for preventing the large friction mechanism operating within a prescribed angular range. The elastic member 104 softens the impact between the members that touch against each other at the end of the prescribed angular range.
