The tap further includes a tap portion for cutting the internal thread on an inner circumferential surface of the prepared hole formed by the drill blades, and oil holes. The tap with drill is applied for performing cutting work. The drill blades and thread cutting edges include three blades formed along chip discharge grooves, respectively. The oil holes are helically formed in three with the same leads as the chip discharge grooves and opened at relief surfaces of the drill blades, respectively. The chip discharge grooves straddle the drill portion and the tap portion in fixed groove sectional shapes and have negative lands swelled into grooves.

Also provided is a manufacturing method thereof. The anti-blocking agent master batch can prevent the generation of die build-up during the manufacture of a master batch for a polyolefin-based resin film by compounding an anti-blocking agent into a polyolefin-based resin.

    摘要: A hydraulic control system of a friction device where fail-safe is required is provided with one oil pressure switch and one pressure changeover valve. The pressure changeover valve is switched by auxiliary oil pressure based on an operation of the oil pressure control valve. When an auxiliary port communicates with an input port and the pressure changeover valve is switched to the filling determination side, the oil pressure switch is turned on and “filling determination” can be carried out. When the auxiliary port is disconnected from the input port, the pressure changeover valve is switched to the fail-safe determination side. The oil pressure switch is supplied with the same driving oil pressure as of the friction device and “fail-safe determination” can be carried out from the on/off state of the oil pressure switch.

    摘要: A position sensor for an automatic transmission has multiple switches, each of which generates “ON” or “OFF” signal depending on a selected position of a shift lever. Signal patterns (“ON” and “OFF” signals) of the normal operation are memorized as a map of signal patterns in a first memory portion. A second memory portion memorizes the respective signal patterns at the respective selected positions of the shift lever. The signal pattern and the change of the signal patterns in the second memory portion are compared with those memorized as the map of the signal pattern in the first memory portion, and determines that a malfunction has occurred in the position sensor, if at least one of the signal patterns and the changes of the signal patterns does not coincide with any of those memorized the map of the signal pattern. The malfunction of the position sensor can be surely detected at an earlier stage of operation of the shift lever for the automatic transmission.
