    摘要: In a display panel and a display device having the display panel, the display device has a first pixel area, a second pixel area, a third pixel area and a fourth pixel area. A red fluorescent member, a green fluorescent member and a yellow fluorescent member are formed in the first pixel area, the second pixel area and the third pixel area. The red fluorescent member emits a red light by using a blue light incident thereon. The green fluorescent member emits a green light by using a blue light incident thereon. The yellow fluorescent member emits a white light by using a blue light incident thereon. A blue light incident on the fourth pixel area passes through the fourth pixel area so that the blue light is irradiated from the fourth pixel area.

    摘要: A light generating device includes a body, electrodes, and an adhesive member. Visible light is emitted from the body. The electrodes are disposed on an outer surface of the body. The adhesive member includes a first conductive adhesive layer and a second conductive adhesive layer. The first conductive adhesive layer is formed between the body and each of the electrodes and has a first conductive paste of a first viscosity. The second conductive adhesive layer is formed between each of the electrodes and the first conductive adhesive layer and has a second conductive paste of a second viscosity. The second viscosity is smaller than the first viscosity. The light generating device including the conductive adhesive member having double layers increases light generating efficiency and improves display quality of an image displayed from a display device. A backlight assembly and a display device incorporating the light generating device, and methods for manufacturing the light generating device are further described.

    摘要: A display apparatus includes a top substrate, a middle substrate, and a bottom substrate. The top substrate includes a first substrate. The middle substrate includes a second substrate, an anode electrode and a fluorescent layer. The second substrate includes an upper surface facing the first substrate and a lower surface that is opposite to the upper surface. An array layer is formed on either the upper surface of the second substrate or a lower surface of the first substrate. The anode electrode is formed on the lower surface of the second substrate. The fluorescent layer is formed on the anode electrode. The bottom substrate includes a third substrate and a cathode electrode formed on the third substrate such that the cathode electrode faces the fluorescent layer. Therefore, a thickness may be reduced and luminance of a light may be enhanced.

The initially determined duty ratios are compensated by using a target luminance value of a remaining image region excluding the first and second image regions among the image regions receiving the light generated from the first and second first light sources. The first light source includes a blue light-emitting body emitting blue light and a red fluorescent material disposed around the blue light-emitting body emitting red light by virtue of being excited by the blue light. The second light source is disposed adjacent to the first light source, and includes a green light-emitting body emitting green light. The blue and green light-emitting materials may include a light-emitting diode (LED) chip including substantially the same material. Accordingly, since a variation of light efficiency of the light source module with respect to temperature is small, a color feedback system may be omitted, and color reproducibility may be high.
