    摘要: A noise reduction circuit receives a periodic signal from an imaging device, and includes first and second circuits in which noise components opposite in phase are offset by delaying the input signal to produce a delayed signal and adding the delayed signal and the input signal. The output of the first circuit is supplied to a low pass filter, while the output of the second circuit is integrated through a first high-pass filter for a time wherein an output signal representing the sum of the input signal and the delayed signal is generated and is then outputted through a second high pass filter. Output signals of the low-pass filter and the second high-pass filter are then added and the result is outputted as a signal free noise.

    摘要: Herein disclosed is an amplification circuit for realizing a substantially high sensitivity with a simple structure. The amplification circuit comprises: a first capacitor C1 for receiving a signal charge; a source-follower circuit for receiving a voltage of the first capacitor C1; an inversion amplification circuit including a source-earth type amplification MOSFET Q5 having its gate fed with the output signal of the source-follower circuit through a second capacitor C2; a feedback third capacitor C3 connected between the gate and drain of the amplification MOSFET Q5; and a switch element Q6 for feeding the gate of the amplification MOSFET Q5 with a predetermined bias voltage while the signal charge of the first capacitor C1 is being reset. The amplification MOSFET Q5 has its drain equipped as load means with a depletion type MOSFET Q4 having its gate and source connected, and the depletion type MOSFET Q4 has its source given the same potential as the substrate potential thereof.

    摘要: A solid state imaging device composed of a plurality of photo-diodes each of which having a P-N junction. A P-N junction which corresponds to that of a faulty picture cell is destroyed through use of a high energy beam irradiation, such as a laser. Signal data corresponding to that of the destroyed picture cell is detected through use of a voltage comparator which outputs a signal indicative of either a preceding picture cell or that corresponding to a picture cell of a preceding row of picture cells. This system can be used for specific address information. In accordance with the imaging device the defective pixel (picture cell) information appearing in the output signal of the matrix array of photo-diodes, which is at a correspondingly different level from that of ordinary read signals, is detected by a voltage detection circuit and the relief of the defective pixels can be implemented through use of circuits which form the preceding pixel signal information or the pixel signal information corresponding to that of a preceding row. As to implementing the system in connection with a specific address information, the defective pixel signal can also be used as a specific mark representing the display position thereof.

    摘要: A solid-state imaging device comprises a number of photodiodes arrayed in horizontal rows and vertical columns, a first output circuit for sequentially reading out signal charges from those photodiodes which are arrayed on odd-numbered horizontal rows, a second output circuit for sequentially reading out signal charges from the photodiodes arrayed on the even-numbered horizontal rows, a synchronizing pulse generator for synchronizing operation of the first and second output circuits, a first subtracting circuit for determining the difference between the output signals of the first and second output circuits in odd-numbered field, and a second subtracting circuit for determining the difference between the output signals of the first and second output circuits in even-numbered field. The outputs of the first and second subtracting circuit are alternately extracted in synchronism with the synchronizing pulse produced by the synchronizing pulse generator. The solid-state imaging device is made immune to the smear phenomenon. The invention can be advantageously applied to the solid-state imaging device of CCD type as well as MOS type.
