    摘要: A resolver includes: a resolver rotor attached to a rotational shaft; an annular resolver stator that is provided on a radially outer side of the resolver rotor and that has a plurality of teeth each opposed, across a clearance, to an outer peripheral face of the resolver rotor and circumferentially arranged at given intervals; and a case member having a cylindrical fit portion to which an outer peripheral face of the resolver stator is fitted. At least three protrusions, each protruding radially outward, are formed at given circumferential intervals on the outer peripheral face of the resolver stator, so that the outer peripheral face of the resolver stator is press-fitted to an inner peripheral face of the fit portion at positions at which the protrusions are formed.

    摘要: A light-emitting chip (22) includes: a container (30) having a concave portion (31); first to fourth lead portions (61) to (64), provided to be exposed to the concave portion (31); and a first blue LED to a fourth blue LED (74) mounted on the first to fourth lead portions (61) to (64) exposed to the concave portion (31). The container (30) includes a first container portion (40) covering the region of the concave portion (31) where the first to fourth lead portions (61) to (64) are not exposed, and a second container portion (50) contacting the first to fourth lead portions (61) to (64) without being exposed to the concave portion (31) and accommodating the first container portion (40). The first container portion (40) is formed of a material having higher light reflectivity than that of the second container portion (50), and the second container portion (50) is formed of a material having higher thermal conductivity than that of the first container portion (40). Thus, a decrease in extraction efficiency for light emitted from a light-emitting element can be suppressed, and a rise in the temperature of the light-emitting element in response to the light emission can be suppressed.

The pinion teeth forming section (70) and the shaft section (71, 72) are provided with a hardened layer (80) that has been subjected to induction hardening and tempering. The steel contains 0.45 to 0.55% by mass of C, 0.10 to 0.50% by mass of Si, 0.15 to 0.25% by mass of Mo, and 0.0005 to 0.005% by mass of B. The surface hardnesses of the pinion teeth forming section (70) and the shaft section (71, 72) are 650 to 760 HV in terms of Vickers hardness.

The resin container (61) is produced from a white resin containing titania as a coloring agent. The anode lead portion (62) and the cathode lead portion (63) are each configured by forming a silver-plated layer with the gloss level set in the range of 0.3-1.0 inclusive on a metal plate based on a copper alloy or the like. Thus, the efficiency of extraction of light outputted from the light emitting unit is improved.
