    摘要: Useful ingredients are extracted from a mycelium-containing culture medium by the steps of inoculating basidiomycetes in a solid culture medium containing bagasse as a substrate and proliferating mycelium, and then squeezing the solid culture medium containing proliferated mycelium to obtain a squeeze liquid (i), separately, adding water and beta 1,3, glucanase and at least one enzyme selected from the group consisting of chitinase, cellulase and protease to a mycelium-containing solid residue having been separated from the squeeze liquid (i), stirring the resulting mixture with maintaining the mixture at 30 to 60.degree.0 C. to lyse mycelial cell walls, and heating the resulting cell wall lysis product-containing liquid (ii) up to a temperature of 95.degree. C. to inactivate the enzyme and perform sterilization. The cell wall lysis product-containing liquid (ii) contains .beta.-glucan in a high concentration and shows excellent antitumor effects. The obtained squeeze liquid (i) contains cytokinin-like substances in high concentrations together with metabolites of the mycelium, and this liquid is clear; therefore, application of this liquid to tonic drinks, plant hormone drugs and cosmetic materials can be expected.

    摘要: A titanium nitride film forming method employing an ion-plating method to produce good decorative properties, to a titanium nitride film forming method which can maintain the stability of the color tone even under high temperatures, and to the vessel obtained through the above methods. The titanium nitride film-forming method used in the present invention is; (1) a titanium nitride film-forming method wherein a titanium nitride film is formed over the surface of a substrate by either the physical metalizing method or the chemical metalizing method, (2) a titanium nitride film-forming method wherein a titanium nitride film is formed over the surface of a substrate, and the substrate is, then, heated in a mixed atmosphere of oxygen and nitrogen, thereby forming a transparent and stable titanium oxide film over the surface of the titanium nitride film, and (3) the titanium nitride film forming method wherein a titanium nitride film is formed over the surface of a substrate, and the substrate is, then, heated in an nitrogen atmosphere, thereby effecting a color tone stabilizing treatment which diffuses nitrogen into the titanium nitride film. The respective titanium nitride film-forming methods are used to provide a vessel manufactured by forming the titanium nitride film over the surface of the vessel's substrate.

    摘要: The lid of a box is pushed up from the main body of the box by injecting gas by use of one or more injection nozzles into a gap formed between the lid and main body of the box and then, with part of a top plate of the lid in contact with a lid rotating stopper, gas is further injected into the gap, or the lid is pushed up by injecting gas into the gap by use of one or more lower position injection nozzles and then gas is injected into the gap by use of one or more higher position injection nozzles in one or more stages, before the lid is opened from the main body. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the lids from being opened in a three-dimensional inclined state (in a one-side opened state) as well as to prevent the lid and main body of a box from being pushed upwardly simultaneously.

    摘要: The inhibitor of Hepatitis B virus and HIV activity according to the present invention comprises a Lentinus edodes mycelium extract obtained by the steps of inoculating Lentinus edodes fungus in a solid culture medium comprising bagasse, then disentangling the solid culture medium containing the proliferated mycelium, adding water and at least one enzyme selected from a group consisting of cellulase, protease and glucosidase to the disentangled solid culture medium with keeping the solid culture medium at 30 to 50° C., grinding and milling the solid culture medium in the presence of the enzyme to obtain a Lentinus edodes mycelium extract, and then heating the extract to a temperature of not higher than 95° C. to inactivate the enzyme and sterilize the extract.
