    摘要: There is provided a vehicle AC generator in which the contact face of at least one of a pair of cases that make contact with the respective axis-direction end faces of a stator core is provided with a cooling air path that connects the outer circumferential surface of a coil end portion with the outer circumferential surface of the stator core and has an opening in the axis direction at the outer circumferential surface of the stator core so that the coolability of the coil end portions of the stator coil is raised, and the amount of cooling air is increased so that the overall coolability of the AC generator is improved.

    摘要: A vehicular alternator is provided which can suppress the vibration of a circuit board. The vehicular alternator has a rectifier that includes a plurality of diodes forming a full-wave rectifier circuit, a pair of negative and positive terminal side heat sinks that hold the diodes, and a circuit board connecting the diodes and a stator coil to one another, wherein the negative and positive terminal side heat sinks and the circuit board are mounted on a casing at a plurality of mounting portions, which are superposed with one another in an axial direction of a shaft, by using mounting members. Between adjacent ones of the mounting portions, there are formed abutment portions in which the circuit board is superposed on and placed in abutment with the negative terminal side heat sink or the positive terminal side heat sink, and the abutment portions are fixed to each other by rivets.

    摘要: The present invention provides an automotive dynamoelectric stator that enables vibration resistance of a lead portion to be ensured and reductions in area of the lead portion and a coil end group that is exposed to a cooling airflow to be suppressed without increasing work or cost. In a dynamoelectric machine according to the present invention, first lead portions that connect a plurality of windings to configure phase windings are each led axially outward from a rear-end coil end group, and then disposed so as to extend parallel to an axially outer peripheral surface of the rear-end coil end group so as to cross at least one other first lead portion, and so as to be separated from the axially outer peripheral surface of the rear-end coil end group.

The insulation bobbin has a plurality of flange sections extending from the base section of the claw-shaped magnetic pole along an inner surface of the claw-shaped magnetic pole of the field core body, and a plurality of thin portions are formed in the root section of the flange section at intervals in a circumferential direction.
