摘要: An electrical power tool (1) includes a housing (10,20,30), an electrical motor (21), a motion conversion mechanism (36), a counterweight holding member (73), a counterweight (74), and support members (71,72). The electrical motor (21) is accommodated in the housing (10,20,30). The motion conversion mechanism (36) is configured to convert a rotary motion of the electrical motor (21) into a reciprocation motion. The counterweight holding member (73) extends in a direction perpendicular to directions of the reciprocation motion and is capable of being elastically deformed in the directions of the reciprocation motion. The counterweight (74) is supported by the counterweight holding member (73) and is capable of reciprocating in the directions of reciprocation motion together with the counterweight holding member (73). The support members (71,72) are positioned away from the counterweight (74) by a predetermined distance for supporting the counterweight holding member (73) to the housing (10,20,30). The counterweight (74) is interposed between or among the support members (71,72).

摘要: An electric fastener driver having a compact size and simple construction. A driver segment provided with a rack is movably disposed in a housing. A flywheel is driven by a motor. A drive shaft is concentric with and integral with the flywheel. A coil spring is fixed to the drive shaft. A driven rotor is coaxial with the drive shaft and has one end portion serving as a spring seat portion positioned within the coil spring. A pinion is disposed at the driven rotor and is meshedly engaged with the rack. An urging section is disposed within the driven rotor. A ball is movably disposed in a through-hole formed in the driven rotor for urging an end portion of the coil spring by the urging section. A solenoid controls a protruding amount of the ball from the surface of the driven rotor.

摘要: A pulse torque generator utilizing a magnetic coupling, and an electric power tool provided with the pulse torque generator. The pulse torque generator includes an input shaft extending in its axial direction and having a hollow section providing a hollow space, and an output shaft rotatably provided in the hollow space. A magnetic fluid is encapsulated in a hollow space between the input shaft and output shaft. A magnetic field generating unit is disposed, and magnetic segments are provided in the input shaft. A magnetic fluid provides a magnetic fluid bridge bridging between the input shaft and the output shaft each time the magnetic segment is brought into confrontation with the magnetic field generating unit.

摘要: An impact drill minimizing transmission of vibration to a handle gripped by a user's hand. A spindle extends tends through a main frame and is movable in its axial direction rection and rotatablea about its axis. A first ratchet is rotatable and axially movable together with the spindle. A second ratchet is axially movable but unortatable. The first ratchet has a first serrated surface and the second ratchet has a second serrated surface in confrontation with the first serrated surface. In an impact drilling mode, the first serrated surfaces is brought into abutment with the second serrated surface so that the spindle is reciprocally moved in the axial direction. A spring is interposed between the main frame and the second ratchet to urge the second ratchet toward the first ratchet. In the impact drilling mode, the second ratchet is always out of contact from the main frame and is floatingly maintained within the main frame even if a force ranging from 15 to 25 kg is applied to the main frame toward a workpiece.
