    摘要: Draw-texturing for synthetic fibers is efficiently carried out by means of a draw-texturing apparatus having a novel arrangement and construction wherein the draw-false-twisting body proper is arranged through and beyond an intermediate floor. Package supply means are located on said intermediate floor in opposing relation in the upper portion of said body proper, a first operational floor is formed between said package supply means and the upper portion of said body proper, take-up means are placed on the apparatus base floor in opposing relation in the lower portion of said body proper and a second operational floor having yarn passages underneath is formed between the lower portion of said body proper and said take-up means.

    摘要: A dog 10 is placed in front of each stop position 8 to notice an overhead running vehicle 20 that ID tag data is to be read. A bar code reader 24 reads the ID tag data to determine the stop position based on a mark reference. The absolute position of an overhead running vehicle 20 with respect to the mark 14 is determined. The overhead running vehicle 20 decelerates and stops at a target position. According to the present invention, the overhead running vehicle 20 can stop without creep running.

The system server determines target positions based on the reported positions.

    摘要: In a spinning apparatus for producing synthetic threads providing with at least one spinning unit comprising a spinneret, a spinning duct disposed below the spinneret and a take-up device mounted on a base floor below the spinning duct, wherein a work space for carrying out the threading operation is provided in front of the take-up device, a hand-held suction gun for taking up a thread at the time of the threading operation is installed in the above-mentioned threading space. A compressed air supply conduit connected to the suction gun and a conduit for exhaust air from the suction gun are held in a container in such a condition that they are capable of being freely pulled out therefrom and pulled thereinto. An upper floor is arranged above the base floor so as to provide an operating workspace at a position in front of the spinning duct in such a condition that the operating workspace on the upper floor and the threading workspace on the base floor are arranged at opposite sides with respect to a thread passage formed between the spinneret and the take-up device.

By converting current coordinates of a plurality of guided vehicles into the distribution of guided vehicles, instructions about the travel routes are provided to the guided vehicles for congestion avoidance. Further, a suitable guided vehicle capable of efficiently executing a transportation command is selected, and the transportation command is assigned to the selected guided vehicle.

A reflector having an angle or a distance falling within an allowable range relative to the last specified reflector is determined to be the same as the previous specified reflector. Based on the locational relationship between such reflectors and those having an angle or a distance outside the allowable range, the reflectors are specified by referencing a reflector map. The reflectors can be specified without assuming the present position of an automatic guided vehicle.
