摘要： For cushioning a shock to prevent problems such as a reading error, a ramp for a magnetic disc apparatus is made of a resin material for forming a ramp main body and a material having higher rigidity than the resin material, disc facing surfaces in the disc insertion portion for inserting a magnetic disc is provided with disc contact portions made of the high rigidity material, a bottom surface portion of a concave portion of the disc insertion portion is constructed by a combination of a bottom surface portion made of the resin material and a bottom surface portion made of the high rigidity material, and a step structure is provided by arranging the bottom surface portion made of the high rigidity material at a position moved rearward in a depth direction of the concave portion in comparison with the bottom surface portion made of the resin material.

摘要： In order to make it possible to previously specify which of two members the rubber-like elastic part pinched between the two members attaches to, and to improve workability of rework or the like, an attachment member specifying structure is provided in the rubber-like elastic part so that the rubber-like elastic part is surely detached from one member and attached to the other member at a time of moving the two members apart from each other, preferably by forming a contact area with one member in the rubber-like elastic part smaller than a contact area with the other member, by forming a surface treated portion by matte finishing or the like in a contact area with one member in the rubber-like elastic part, or by forming a projection-like spring portion elastically pressed to one member so as to achieve a spring effect.

摘要： In order to prevent breakage in a resin near the peripheral edge part of a metal reinforcement plate of a plate insert type ramp due to heat shrinkage without increasing wall thickness of the resin near the peripheral edge part of the plate or without reducing the thickness of the plate, a part or all of the peripheral edge parts of the reinforcement plate are exposed from the front surface of the ramp body, the reinforcement plate being exposed from the front surface of clearance portions between a plurality of disk insertion parts formed at one of four sides of the ramp body and/or the peripheral edge parts of the ramp body at its other three sides.

摘要： In a cover gasket for a hard disc apparatus in which a cover and a rubber are later bonded by using an adhesive agent, in order to prevent running out of the adhesive agent and peeling off of the rubber as much as possible, a recess portion for storing the adhesive agent is provided on a bonding surface of the cover or the rubber, and the bonding is executed in a state of storing the adhesive agent in this recess portion, the recess being provided in the center in the width direction of the bonding surface of the rubber, or being provided in end portions in the width direction of the bonding surface of the rubber.
