摘要: An easy manufacturing method of a slip stopper, and apparatus therefor, that has a great slip stopping effect and can be used for a location where a problem occurs if a though hole is opened therein. After a protruding portion is formed on a steel plate, by using a first punching die unit, so as to protrude from the upper surface in a plate thickness direction, a concave portion and drain channels are formed in the protruding portion by shear planes that extend substantially perpendicular to the steel plate upper surface and have been half-blanked so as not to open a through hole in the steel plate by using a second punching die unit.

摘要: The auxiliary electric power supply for a vehicle has a first switch electrically connected to an I/O end; a capacitor bank; a discharge resistance; and a controller. The capacitor bank has series-connected electric double layer capacitors, and balanced resistances. Each of the balanced resistance is parallel-connected to each electric double layer capacitor, and has substantively the same resistance value. The capacitor bank and discharge resistance are connected to the first switch. The controller controls the first switch while monitoring the voltage of the capacitor bank and the operating state of the ignition key operating the ignition switch of the vehicle, so as to connect the capacitor bank to the discharge resistance when the ignition switch is turned off.

摘要: The present invention provides a counterweight and a counterweight-recycling method capable of having excellent workability, capable of reducing manufacturing costs, and capable of achieving environmental conservation. A metal portion contained in slag produced in an iron making process or in residue in a waste treatment furnace is used as a weight material of a counterweight (10). A method of recycling the counterweight (10) includes a removing step of removing an outer shell (15) of a used counterweight (10) that has used a magnetic metal portion as a weight material, a crushing/cutting step of crushing a filler containing the metal portion of the counterweight (10) from which the outer shell (15) has been removed and cutting a combined state between the metal portion and the other filler portion, and a separating step of separating processed products obtained in the crushing/cutting step into high-specific-gravity substances composed chiefly of the metal portion and into other low-specific-gravity substances, in which the high-specific-gravity substances are used as weight materials of a counterweight to be newly manufactured.

摘要: The invention provides a composite high frequency component constituting a part of a microwave circuit having plural signal paths corresponding to their respective frequencies, comprising: a diplexer for coupling transmitting signals from the plural signal paths for transmission and distributing receiving signals into said plural signal paths for reception; plural high frequency switches for separating the plural signal paths into a transmission section and a reception section, respectively; plural filters introduced in the signal paths; said diplexer, said high frequency switch, and said filters being integrated into a ceramic multi-layer substrate formed by lamination of plural ceramic sheet layers. According to the above described composite high frequency component, the diplexer, the high frequency switches, and the filters which constitute the composite high frequency component are integrated into the ceramic multi-layer substrate formed by lamination of plural ceramic sheet layers. Thus, the matching and adjustment between the diplexer and the high frequency switches can be easily performed. It is unnecessary to provide a matching circuit for matching and adjusting the diplexer and the high frequency switches, and moreover, the high frequency switches and the filters.

摘要: A variable attenuator is provided with a comb line formed of first and second lines electromagnetically coupled at a coupling degree of M, and diodes connected to the first and second lines constituting the comb line. One end of the first line is grounded through a capacitor and also connected to an input terminal through a capacitor. A diode is connected between the ground and the other end of the first line such that its anode is connected to the other end of the first line. The node connecting the other end of the first line and the anode of the diode is connected to a control terminal through a resistor. One end of the second line is grounded through a capacitor and also connected to an output terminal through a capacitor. Another diode is connected between the ground and the other end of the second line such that its anode is connected to the other end of the second line. The node connecting the other end of the second line and the anode of the diode is connected to a control terminal through a resistor.
