摘要： An apparatus for collecting refuse, comprising—a refuse bin (6) with an inlet opening (25) and a outlet (23) opening; a housing (3) preferably situated at least laregely underground; a reservoir (4) which in a first position is received substantially within the housing (3) and is in open communication with the outlet opening (23) of the refuse bin (6); and—lifting means (5) which are received at least partly in the housing (3) and are arranged for moving the reservoir (4) between the first position and a second position, in which the reservoir (4) is situated above ground, such that it can be emptied or replaced with an empty reservoir.
