摘要: A washing machine and an operating method of the washing machine are provided. In the operating method of the washing machine, it is determined whether a washing machine has a regular laundry load or a single laundry load based on the amount of laundry and the number of times of detection of the amount of laundry. Therefore, it is possible to precisely determine the laundry load of a washing machine, reduce the time taken to determine the laundry load of a washing machine, and prevent a washing machine from being damaged by a misreading of the laundry load of a washing machine.

摘要: The present invention relates to a washing machine having legs at a base to adjust the height thereof. The washing machine includes a base, a plurality of legs, and an over-unscrewed prevention member. The base is formed at a bottom of the washing machine. The legs are disposed at the base and each having a bolt unit that is height-adjustably assembled at the base. The over-unscrewed prevention member is disposed at the bolt unit of each leg and caught by the base when the legs are unscrewed so as to set a maximum unscrew height of the legs.

摘要: A defrosting method of a drum-type washing machine is provided. The defrosting method includes performing a warm water supply operation upon receiving a defrost command from a user; performing a water discharge operation; performing a heating operation if a water level has not yet decreased; and performing an additional water discharge operation. Therefore, it is possible to easily and quickly defrost a drum-type washing machine without the need to pour boiling water into the drum-type washing machine.

摘要: A startup control method of a BLDC motor is disclosed. The method can control the BLDC motor to prevent the generation of a transient current such that the vibration of the BLDC motor can be reduced at the startup stage and perform a stable conversion into a senseless operation mode such that the startup failure rate of the BLDC motor can be reduced. The startup control method includes commutating a current applied to stator windings according to a rotor position. The method of operating the BLDC motor includes a rotor position that is forcibly aligned and so that phase commutation is performed, a back-electromotive force (back- emf) is detected from a lead voltage of a phase of a voltage which is not applied thereto after performing phase commutation and a determination is performed as to whether the detected back-emf is in a rising interval. The lead voltage of the phase of the voltage which is not applied thereto is integrated, such that if the back-emf is in a rising interval and if an instance that the integration result is greater than a predetermined value a phase commutation time point is setand conversion into a senseless operation mode is performed if the back-emf detected from the lead voltage is in a stable interval, based on a frequency of the voltage applied to the stator winding.

摘要: Disclosed herein are compositions useful in forming organic active patterns that may, in turn, be incorporated in organic memory devices. The compositions comprise N-containing conjugated electroconductive polymer(s), photoacid generator(s) and organic solvent(s) capable of dissolving suitable quantifies of both the electroconductive polymer and the photoacid generator. Also disclosed are methods for patterning organic active layers formed using one or more of the compositions to produce organic active patterns, portions of which may be arranged between opposed electrodes to provide organic memory cells. The methods include directly exposing and developing the organic active layer to obtain fine patterns without the use of a separate masking pattern, for example, a photoresist pattern, thereby tending to simplify the fabrication process and reduce the associated costs.
