    摘要: Vacuum brake booster for motor vehicles comprising a booster housing whose interior is subdivided by a movable wall into a vacuum chamber and a working chamber, a control valve that controls a pressure difference acting upon the movable wall and is accommodated in a control housing that carries the movable wall, said control valve being composed of two concentrically arranged sealing seats and an elastically deformable valve member, wherein the control housing includes a cavity through which a cross member extends and delimits the axial movability of a valve piston relative to the control housing, and the cross member includes at least one projection made of an elastic material in the area where the cross member rests against the booster housing. At least one projection made of an elastic material is provided in the area of points of abutment between the control housing and the cross member.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a brake-power transmission device, especially for motor vehicles, including an actuated input member, an output member to exert a boosting force, especially on a main brake cylinder, and a control valve arranged in a control housing to regulate the boosting force. An axially movable pressure piece is provided in the area of a reaction member. The pressure piece is supported on the input member or the control housing, thereby permitting changes to be made in the power transmission ratio. There is a general need to provide a brake-power transmission device that enables increased boosting only when required and that allows for mechanical sensing of the brake actuation speed so that immediate maximum boost force can be exerted when required without any time delay. According to the present invention this is achieved by detachably connecting the pressure element to the control housing by way of a coupling element in order to increase boosting on the basis of a relative movement between the input member and the control housing.

The present invention includes that the first sealing seat arranged movably in relation to the control housing wherein the sealing seat is fixed to a lever such that when a predetermined relative displacement between valve piston and control housing is exceeded so that the lever prevents at least a movement of the sealing seat in the actuating direction. The brake force booster with a brake assist function is easy to manufacture and, in addition, ensures a controllability of the brake force in the emergency braking position.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a brake force transmission device for a brake force booster with an elastic reaction element, and input member with an associated effective surface, an output member with an associated effective surface, and a first transmission ratio that is defined by a ratio of the effective surfaces being in operative engagement with the reaction element.An object of the present invention is to provide means of a simple design, if possible arranged in the form of an assembly, giving the operator of an automotive vehicle increased support when high braking forces are required.The essence of the invention is the provision of means which starting from a determined pressure prevailing in the reaction element will reduce the reaction force introduced into the input member by a defined amount. The driver is thus given additional support, requiring a proportionately reduced increase in input force for a further increase in output force. It is thus possible for the driver to better proportion the necessarily higher brake forces after the abrupt increase in the ratio of the amplification.

    摘要: The brake force booster 1 with panic brake function includes a control valve, which is arranged in a control housing and operable by way of an input member, for controlling the boosting pressure in a working chamber, the said control valve including an atmosphere sealing seat on a valve piston and a vacuum sealing seat which is arranged on a sliding sleeve that is axially slidably mounted in the control housing. In the event of a panic braking, a quick depression of the brake pedal causes advance movement of the valve piston connected to the input member in relation to the control housing and the sliding sleeve, whereby opening of the atmosphere sealing seat is initiated and a clutch device is actuated which leads to supporting the sliding sleeve in the brake actuation direction on the elastically deformable reaction member, to which latter both the mechanically generated brake force and the pneumatic boosting force is applied. The clutch device is released by withdrawal of the input member. The sliding sleeve is supported on the reaction member by way of a member, by way of which also the mechanical brake force is transmitted to the reaction member.

To improve the meterability of braking pressure of a system of the above type, especially in the range of low pressure values, the pressure source is configured as at least one continuously adjustable piston-and-cylinder assembly having a pressure chamber which is connectable to the master brake cylinder and the wheel brakes.

The device permits a simple adjustment of the actuation device to adapt to the comfort requirements of different drivers with different body lengths (leg lengths) and further has an optimized collision performance.     摘要: The present invention relates to a position indicator for displaying the position of a piston within a cylinder as part of a piston-and-cylinder assembly in a brake system. The provision of a Hall element for a hydraulic generating cylinder is known in the art, with the Hall sensor mounted on the cylinder and a ring magnet mounted on the piston. An object of the invention is to describe a position indicator for a brake system, which has a simple construction and is able to provide signals relating to the position of the brake pedal relatively rapidly. This object is achieved because a Hall element of a Hall sensor is placed in the cylinder wall of the master cylinder, and because a magnetic zone is arranged in the piston-and-cylinder assembly so that the Hall element responds to the piston movement within the cylinder.
