    摘要: A first responder for transmitting an identification signal in response to a microwave interrogation signal comprises an electric power receiving circuit for receiving the interrogation signal to produce a dc power, having a microstrip line antenna having a trapezoid shape whose upside has a width from 1/2 to 1/4 of a wavelength, and a rectifying circuit. The rectifying circuit may be modified. A second responder comprises an electric power receiving circuit having a microstrip line antenna from the received microwave signal, a power supplying circuit for supplying a dc power in the vertical and horizontal positions of the responder against a polarizing plane of the microwave signal, an identification signal generation circuit for transmitting an identification signal through the antenna with given polarization plane by detecting the responder attitude. A third responder receives a microwave signal circularly polarized or polarized in vertical and horizontal directions and transmits the identification signal in either of vertical or horizontal directions according to the received microwave intensity in both directions.

    摘要: A hemispherical dielectric resonator is arranged on a metal substrate to make a flat surface of the hemispherical dielectric resonator contact with the metal substrate, and a dielectric wave-guiding channel is connected with a curved side surface of the hemispherical dielectric resonator. Therefore, a dielectric resonance antenna in which the hemispherical dielectric resonator and the dielectric wave-guiding channel are placed on the same metal substrate is obtained. A signal transmitting through the dielectric wave-guiding channel is fed in the hemispherical dielectric resonator, the hemispherical dielectric resonator is resonated, and an electromagnetic wave is radiated. Therefore, the dielectric resonance antenna functions as a wave radiation device.

    摘要: An electric power receiving and supplying circuit comprises: a microstrip patch antenna, having a feeding point, for receiving a microwave signal and supplying an electric power; a rectifier, for rectifying the electric power, having: a first diode having an anode, connected to the feeding point, and a cathode; a second diode having a cathode, connected to the cathode of the first diode through a junction point, and an anode; and a high-frequency grounding circuit for high-frequency-grounding the anode of the second diode, and a lowpass filter for low-pass filtering the rectified electric power to supply a dc supply power. The circuit mentioned above may further comprise: a third diode having an anode connected to the high frequency grounding circuit, and a cathode connected to the junction point, or may further comprise: a third diode having an anode connected to the high frequency grounding circuit, and a cathode connected to the anode of the second diode, or may further comprise: a third diode having a cathode connected to the feeding point and a anode connected to the high frequency grounding circuit and the anode of the second diode. The above-mentioned circuit may further comprise a matching circuit for matching the antenna and the rectifying circuit.

    摘要: A communication system includes a modulating circuit to increase the amount of information to be transmitted, a transmitting apparatus capable of easily generating a desired waveform even for any very short wavelets, a receiving apparatus capable of easily separating wavelets even if the intervals thereof are narrow. The modulating circuit includes clock generating, transmission signal generating, control signal generating, delay and wavelet generating parts. The clock generating part generates a clock signal at predetermined time interval “Tp”. The transmission signal generating part generates a transmission signal at interval “Tp”. The control signal generating part outputs a control signal of a predetermined duration based on the clock signal. The delay part generates the control signal as a delay signal that has been delayed by a delay amount based on the transmission signal. The wavelet generating part generates a wavelet at the generation timing of the delay signal.

A short pulse generation circuit according to the invention includes an oscillator 101, a control signal generation circuit 102, an intermittent frequency multiplier 103, a filter 104, and an output terminal 105. The oscillator 101 and the intermittent frequency multiplier 103 are active circuits implemented as active elements. A continuous signal is output from the oscillator 101 and is input to the intermittent frequency multiplier 103 and the intermittent frequency multiplier 103 intermittently operates according to a control signal output from the control signal generation circuit 102, thereby generating a short pulse signal, and a spurious component is removed through the filter.
