    摘要: In a communication system, a terminal receives user information while an initial network entry operation is performed. The terminal transfers the received user information to an authentication server and receives an authentication information mapped to the user information required for the authentication from the authentication server. The terminal performs authentication with the authentication server using the received authentication information. Therefore, the terminal and the authentication server can securely share the authentication information, and the authentication server can easily change and manage the authentication information.

The method includes forming an insulating layer on a semiconductor substrate having a conductive region, forming a contact hole that exposes the conductive region by etching the insulating layer, forming a barrier metal layer that covers a sidewall and a bottom of the contact hole, and forming a contact plug in the contact hole by interposing the barrier metal layer therebetween. An etching process may be preformed that recesses the barrier metal layer and the contact plug in such a manner that a top surface of the contact plug protrudes upward beyond a top surface of the barrier metal layer. A capping plug may be formed covering the recessed barrier metal layer and the recessed contact plug. A capacitor may be formed on the capping plug.

    摘要: An apparatus and method is provided for transmitting a signal in a communication system. Upon transition to a power saving mode, a lower layer unit sends a notification indicating the transition to the power saving mode to an upper layer unit. Upon receipt of the notification indicating the transition, the upper layer unit activates a traffic filter having a filtering condition. If upper layer traffic is generated after activating the traffic filter, the upper layer unit filters the upper layer traffic using the traffic filter, and processes the upper layer traffic according to the filtering result.

The lower conductor is positioned under an region where the first opening and the second opening overlap. A via hole and a trench connected to the via hole is formed using the first hard mask pattern and the mask pattern. The via hole exposes an upper surface of the lower conductor.
