摘要： Provided are a method and an apparatus for coordinating inter-cell interference. A user equipment receives from a serving cell information on a downlink timing offset between an interfering cell and an interfered cell and a limited resource measurement, and applies the downlink timing offset to perform measurement using a radio resource indicated for the limited resource measurement, thereby allowing the user equipment to be provided services through the radio resource which substantially mitigates interference, and enhancing connectivity with a network.

摘要： A method for transmitting and receiving data in a mobile communication system is disclosed. The data transmission method for allowing a transmission end of the mobile communication system to transmit data to at least one reception end via at least one physical channel includes, transmitting a reception indicator, which indicates whether at least one second physical channel is received, via a first physical channel, such that at least one reception end can determine whether the at least one second physical channel is received using the reception indicator, and transmitting data via a third physical channel controlled by the first physical channel. So, a sleeping time for reducing power consumption can be explicitly indicated by the above data communication method, such that power consumption required for transmitting and receiving data can be minimized.

The new DRX state is based on a new DRX cycle comprising on-duration for which a downlink channel is monitored and off-duration for which the downlink channel is not monitored.

摘要： The present document relates to a method in which user equipment carries out a process for random access to a base station in a carrier aggregation mobile communication system which performs communications using a plurality of component carriers (CCs), and to a terminal device for the method. The user equipment separately manages back-off operations for each of the CCs, and performs a random access preamble transmission using the relevant CC if another usable CC exists, even when a back-off period is being applied to a specific CC, to carry out a random access process in an efficient manner in a carrier aggregation mobile communication system.
