摘要： An inkjet printhead and a method of fabricating a color filter with a uniform thickness. In the method, a transparent substrate is prepared, and a black matrix of a pixel pattern is formed on the transparent substrate. At least one pixel on the transparent substrate is selected, and an ink is ejected into the selected pixel in order to fabricate the color filter. The ejected ink is then promptly dried using a dryer.

摘要： A temperature controlling apparatus adopting a fuzzy adaptation model and a method using the same are provided, in which temperatures of a plurality of positions of a refrigeration compartment are estimated in order to rapidly reach temperature equilibrium of the refrigeration compartment, by considering the operation states of a compressor and a cooling fan which directly affect the temperature of the refrigeration compartment. The temperature controlling apparatus adopting the fuzzy inference includes: a cool air discharge direction controller for controlling the rotation angle of a cool air discharge control blade; and a fuzzy inference unit for inferring peripheral temperatures of temperature sensors by taking the operational states of the cooling fan and the compressor as inputs, in order to provide the cool air discharge direction controller with information with respect to the static angle of the blades of the cool air discharge control blade.

摘要： A color filter and a fabrication method thereof are provided. In the method, color filter ink that includes wax beads is ejected by an inkjet printing process. A black matrix defining R/G/B pixels is formed on a first surface of a substrate and transparent electrodes are formed on a second surface of the substrate opposite to the first surface at positions corresponding to the R/G/B pixels. The fabricated color filter ink is injected into an inkjet head, and the color filter ink is ejected from the inkjet head into each of the R/G/B pixels. A predetermined voltage is applied between the inkjet head and the transparent electrode such that the ejected color filter ink is precisely injected into each of the R/G/B pixels.
