摘要: This invention is directed to the process and system for controlling the level of molten metal in a plurality of vertically oriented, continuous or semicontinuous casting units, particularly electromagnetic casting units. The flows of molten metal to the individual casting units are adjusted automatically in response to a control set point signal from a master controller in order to maintain essentially the same molten metal level in all of the casting units. Improved startup and termination procedures are also given.

摘要: According to an embodiment, based on task border information, and first-type dependency relationship information containing N number of nodes corresponding to data accesses to one set of data, containing edges representing dependency relationship between the nodes, and having at least one node with an access reliability flag indicating reliability/unreliability of corresponding data access; task border edges, of edges extending over task borders, are identified that have an unreliable access node linked to at least one end, and presentation information containing unreliable access nodes is generated. According to dependency existence information input corresponding to the set of data, conversion information indicating absence of data access to the unreliable access nodes is output. According to the conversion information, the first-type dependency relationship information is converted into second-type dependency relationship information containing M number of nodes (0≦M≦N) corresponding to data accesses to the set of data and containing edges representing inter-node dependency relationship.

摘要: An indicator needle is provided with a base having a groove having a U-shaped cross section, which groove has an opening in an upper surface thereof and extends in a longitudinal direction of the indicator, and a light transmitting lens which plugs the opening of the upper surface of the base. A plurality of light emitting diodes are arranged in the groove of the base. Base ribs each having a triangular cross section and formed integrally with the base so as to cross the groove of the base are provided in the groove of the base, as well. Light generated from the light emitting diodes directly illuminates the lens, or is reflected by the base ribs to illuminates the same.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for stabilizing a macrolide compound, and an efficient method for producing the compound. Specifically, it provides a method for stabilizing a macrolide compound, in which a 12-membered ring macrolide compound, such as a compound expressed by the formula (1) and a cyclodextrin are both present, and a method for producing a macrolide compound, in which a cyclodextrin is made to be present in a culture broth of actinomycetes having an ability of producing the macrolide compound.

摘要: When knitting the sole section and instep section of the toe section, knitting is performed while sequentially decreasing the number of stitches on the small-toe side of the toes by a specified number, and after the number of stitches on the large-toe side has been decreased by a ratio larger than the ratio of decreasing the number of stitches on the small-toe side, the number is increased by the same ratio, and by doing this, on the small-toe side, the side edge section goes toward the tip end and deviates to the inside at a specified ratio, and on the large-toe side, side edge section is nearly a straight line toward the tip end, and by doing this, the shape of the tip end of the toe section protrudes such that it gradually extends to the front of the toes going from the small-toe side to the large-toe side, and that shape is such that it runs along the curve that is obtained by connecting the tip ends of the toes.

摘要: Asymmetrical hosiery (10) knitted by a hosiery knitting machine, wherein a tip position (G) of a tip top part (14) is positioned nearer to a big toe side (16), characterized in that a first gusset part (22) is knitted nearer to the big toe side (16) of the tip toe section (14) so as to near a shape of a human foot having a big toe thicker and longer than other toes so that bulge of the tip toe section (14) on the big toe side (16) can be made larger than that of a little toe side (18), and that a second gusset part (24) is knitted nearer to the big toe side (16) following the first gusset part (22) so as to extend the big toe side (16) without substantially extending the little toe side (18) of the tip toe section (14).
