    摘要: A lock set transmission mechanism includes a lock case, a lock core, a transmission rod, a supporting member and a fixing member. The lock core is arranged on the lock case and configured to be driven by a key to rotate relative to the lock case. The transmission rod has a first end configured to be connected to a latch, and a second end. The supporting member includes a first supporting ring sleeved on the lock core, a second supporting ring configured to support the second end of the transmission rod, and at least one supporting rib connected to the first and second supporting rings. The fixing member is configured to fix the supporting member to the lock core. Wherein, when the lock core is rotated relative to the lock case, the transmission rod is driven by the lock core to rotate, in order to move the latch.

    摘要: A transmission mechanism of handle lock set used for driving a latch to perform extension/retraction action includes a driving plate and a transmission plate. The driving plate includes a supporting portion having a transmission surface with an arc surface and a blocking surface with a flat surface. The driving plate is rotated to make the supporting portion swinging between a first position and a second position. The transmission plate further includes a protrusion having a contact surface. The transmission surface contacts the contact surface and pushes the protrusion to prevent the driving plate from being unavailable due to transmission dead spot occurrence when the supporting portion locates at the first position. The blocking surface contacts the contact surface of the protrusion to prevent the driving plate from over rotation for avoiding unavailable return when the supporting portion of the driving plate locates at the second position.

    摘要: A lock structure includes a mounting plate, a positioning member, an escutcheon and a constraining member, wherein the mounting plate comprises a ring wall, guiding slot and a limiting slot, and the escutcheon comprises a limiting protrusion. The positioning member is disposed in the limiting slot and clamped between the escutcheon and the constraining member. The limiting protrusion penetrates the guiding slot of the escutcheon and is constrained inside the limiting slot. The limiting protrusion of the escutcheon is blockable by the constraining member to prevent the rotating escutcheon from separation from the mounting plate.

    摘要: An auxiliary lock includes an inside housing mounted to a lock cylinder and a first flange extends axially from one of two ends of the inside housing. A mounting plate is mounted to the lock cylinder and contacts the inside housing. The mounting plate includes a second flange which is mounted to outside of the first flange of the inside housing. The lock cylinder is protected and reinforced in the radial direction by the overlapped first and second flanges. When the inside housing is hit, the inside housing does not expand outward to be pried up. The reinforcement structure is made by way of pressing to use less material and to reduce the manufacturing cost.

    摘要: A handle assembly of a lock includes a handle, a sleeve, a stopper and an engaging member, wherein the handle comprises an accommodating slot, a lodge hole and a penetrating hole. The sleeve is disposed at the accommodating slot along the direction of a major axis and comprises a through hole. The stopper is disposed at the sleeve and protrudes to the sleeve via the through hole of the sleeve. Owing to the through hole corresponded to the lodge hole, the stopper is lodged in the lodge hole of the handle. The engaging member is disposed in the accommodating slot and adjustably movable along the direction of a transverse axis so that the handle and the sleeve are steadily engaged from each other.
