摘要: A method is provided for tightening up threaded members with proper tightening torque free of unequivalent tightening. In tightening a plurality of threaded members by drive means, the amount of tightening and tightening torque of each threaded member are detected as the members are progressively tightened, and when the tightening amount of each member has reached a value within a specified range, the difference in tightening torque between the threaded members is checked as to whether it is within a predetermined range.

摘要: A device for tightening a plurality of threaded members at the same time with proper torque without necessitating a cumbersome procedure of rotating the members one by one through a specified small angle at a time and without unequivalent tightening of the members, the tightening device (1) comprises two rotary shafts (6) each provided at a forward end thereof with a wrench portion (8) fittable to the threaded member (44), motors (3) for individually driving the rotary shafts (6) and a control unit (9) for detecting the tightening torque of each threaded member (44) and controlling the motor (3) based on the detected value to ensure proper tightening, the control unit (9) checking the tightening torque of each threaded member (44) as to whether the torque is within a predetermined range and whether the difference in tightening torque between the threaded members (44) is within a predetermined range.

摘要: A coupling comprises a holding member having a U-shaped cross section, and a channel member held by the holding member. The holding member has an upper wall formed with screw bores for use in attaching the holding member to a fluid controller. The channel member comprises a body having an inner channel and fitted in a space between the upper wall of the holding member and a lower wall thereof, a tubular upward projection communicating with the inner channel of the body and having an upper end inserted in a through bore in the upper wall of the holding member to communicate with a downward channel of the fluid controller, and a tubular lateral projection communicating with the inner channel of the body and extending laterally. The upper end of the channel member has an outward flange, and the through bore of the upper wall of the holding member has an inward flange for supporting the flange.

摘要: A tightening device comprises an upper plate, a lower plate disposed below the upper plate in parallel thereto, a nut rotating gear supported by the lower plate so as to be rotatable in a horizontal plane, and a spur gear provided on an underside of the upper plate and meshable with the nut rotating gear for rotating the nut rotating gear. The upper plate has a portion fittable to a flange of an externally threaded member for preventing the rotation of the threaded member, while the nut rotating gear has a portion fittable to a nut. With the nut manually tightened on the threaded member in advance, the flange fitting portion of the upper plate is fitted to the flange, the nut is fitted in the fitting portion of the nut rotating gear, and the spur gear is thereafter rotated, whereby the nut rotating gear is driven to tighten up the nut on the threaded member.

摘要: A reference range of tightening torques is predetermined relative to the rotation angle of a threaded member as normally tightened. In tightening up a nut on an externally threaded member, the tightening torque is detected by a torque sensor every time the nut is rotated through a specified angle, and whether the tightening torque relative to the rotation angle is within the reference range is judged by a microcomputer. The result of judgment is indicated by a light-emitting diode and a buzzer.

摘要: Each of two coupling members is formed in an abutting end lace thereof with a recessed portion for accommodating a gasket and a retainer therein, and the recessed portion has a retainer holding hollow cylindrical portion formed centrally on a bottom surface thereof and provided on an end face thereof with an annular projection for clamping the gasket. The gasket comprises a small portion and a large portion having a greater outside diameter than the small portion. The retainer is attached to the cylindrical portion of the coupling member with which the gasket small portion is in contact.

摘要: An annular recess is formed in an inner periphery defining a bolt shank bore and has fitted therein an annular elastic member having elasticity radially thereof and having an inside diameter smaller than the outside diameter of the shank of a bolt. The shank bore has at an intermediate part thereof a stepped portion so as to give an increased diameter to a bore portion from the intermediate part to one end of the bore, and a hollow cylindrical member for preventing the elastic member from slipping out is inserted in the shank bore from the bore end so as to form a clearance between the stepped portion and the preventing member, whereby the annular recess is formed.

摘要: A pipe joint comprises a pair of tubular joint members, an annular gasket interposed between abutting end faces of the joint members, and a nut for joining the joint members. A seal projection is formed on the abutting end face of each joint member at a position radially outward of an inner periphery of the end face. When an end of the seal projection is brought into contact with an end face of the gasket by tightening the nut, a clearance is formed between an outer flat portion of the abutting end face of each joint member and the gasket end face opposed thereto. The clearance is greater than a clearance between an inner flat portion of the abutting end face of each joint member and the gasket end face opposed thereto, and is eliminated when the nut is completely tightened up.
