A method and apparatus for printing data with a predetermined format transmitted from a terminal device using Bluetooth communication. The method includes receiving the data having the predetermined format from the terminal device using Bluetooth communication; combining the received data having the predetermined format with template data corresponding to the terminal device stored in a printing apparatus; and printing the combined data. Accordingly, it is possible to obtain the same printing result even when different printing apparatuses print the data by transmitting the data with the predetermined format from the terminal device to the different printing apparatuses using Bluetooth communication, and to obtain the same printing result when printing the data with the predetermined format by transmitting the data with the predetermined format from the terminal device or transmitting data obtained by combining the data with the predetermined format with the template data from the terminal device.

An image forming system in which a plurality of print job files are stored in a removable storage medium, and a print job selected by a user from the stored print jobs is performed according to print settings of the print job files, and an image forming method thereof. The image forming system using the removable storage medium includes a storage medium to store image data to be printed, a plurality of print job files corresponding to the image data, and an index file having information on the plurality of print job files, an image capturing apparatus to which the storage medium can be attached to generate the image data, print job files, and index file, and to store the image data, print job file, and index file in the storage medium, and an image forming apparatus to which the storage medium can be attached to receive a selection of one of a plurality of print jobs corresponding to the print job files stored in the storage medium, and to print the image data stored in the storage medium according to a print job file of the selected print job. When the image data stored in the removable storage medium is printed, the plurality of print job files and the index file having information on the print jobs are generated and stored in the storage medium to perform the print job selected by the user using the index file, thereby reducing time required for the print job and inconvenience caused by the print job.

A printing cost charging method of a printing system wherein the printing system includes a mobile terminal, an image forming apparatus capable of communicating data with the mobile terminal, and a server capable of communicating data with the mobile terminal via a wireless communication network. The printing cost charging method comprises the steps of transmitting printing data from the mobile terminal to the image forming apparatus, transmitting printing information relating to the printing data from the image forming apparatus to the mobile terminal, transmitting the printing information from the mobile terminal to the server, and controlling the server to charge a printing cost to the mobile terminal based on the printing information. Costly equipment and potential errors are reduced as the server of the printing system which charges the printing cost interfaces with the mobile terminal without the Internet.

A method and system to wirelessly connect between a single device and plurality of hosts using a universal serial bus (USB). A plurality of virtual devices are set and stored in the single device, and connection between the plurality of virtual devices and the plurality of hosts is maintained, thereby improving the efficiency and convenience of use of the single device. Thus, multiple hosts attempting to wirelessly communicate or transfer data to a single device may now do so without having to individually connect/disconnect each non-accessing host from the single device.
