    摘要: A tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) having a self-powered sensing module having a sensor unit with at least one sensor for measuring at least one of a temperature, a pressure, and an acceleration in the tire, and a power unit generating a power by being deformed mechanically according to a rotation of the tire and supplying the sensor with a power required for actuating the sensor. The self-powered sensing module and the TPMS using the same are powered by the power unit generating the power owing to the mechanical deformation, without using a separate power supply. Hence, there is no need to replace a battery of the sensing module and maintenance costs are reduced.

    摘要: A pressure sensor having a digital output includes a substrate formed with plural channels, and a gating part formed in such a way that an area confronting with the plural channels is spaced from the substrate and moved in response to an external pressure, thereby making the plural channels selectively conductive. Such a pressure sensor can obtain binary information of each channel from the fact that which is made to be conductive among the plural channels is determined by the movement of the area formed in the gating part to confront with the plural channels, and it is possible to measure a pressure within a set range from binary information of each of the plural channels. As a result, because a peripheral circuit of the pressure sensor can be simplified, the manufacturing costs and power consumption can be greatly reduced.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for detecting bio molecule using an inductor element that can detect the bonding reaction between a sample and a biochip by measuring the change of the electrical characteristics of a circuit including the inductance device. The method includes forming a signal conversion unit with at least one inductance device, arranging a biochip in a specified area of the signal conversion unit by immobilizing capturing probe biomolecules on a substrate and measuring electric characteristics of the signal conversion unit, performing a bonding reaction between a sample (such as DNA, RNA, protein, biomolecules, etc.) to be analyzed and the biochip, and measuring the electrical characteristics of the signal conversion unit after the reaction bonding. The result of the bio molecule detection is obtained through an electrical signal, and thus the capability of detecting the bio bonding reaction can be improved in comparison to the conventional apparatus and method.
