    摘要: An electrophotographic method and apparatus is disclosed which is able to faithfully reproduce the half-tone portion of an original image on a photosensitive medium having an electroconductive layer, a photoconductive layer and an insulating surface layer. The present invention is directed particularly to improvements in the secondary charging step in the above method. According to the invention, the process of secondary charge includes the steps of subjecting the photosensitive medium to the action of corona discharge having the component of opposite polarity to that of the primary charge with simultaneous light image exposure, exposing the photosensitive medium surface to a light image while reducing or stopping the action of corona discharge and exposing the photosensitive medium surface to a light image while controlling the amount of corona discharge.

    摘要: A turbine wheel of a turbocharger has a turbine blade. The turbine blade has a fin shape of which width in the rotation direction of the turbocharger is narrow, and is projected from the base portion of the turbine wheel. An inclined part of the turbine blade is inclined with respect to the rotation direction of the turbocharger. A coil is disposed so that the inclined part passes nearby as the turbine wheel rotates in a posture that an end in the center axis direction is directed toward the turbocharger. A detector detects a change in inductance, which occurs when the inclined part of the coil passes nearby.

    摘要: A rotation angle detecting device that detects a rotation angle of a rotating object includes a permanent magnet that generates magnetic fields in response to rotation of the rotating object, a magnetic sensor, a first yoke and a second yoke. The magnetic sensor includes a pair of close integrated magnetic sensing elements, such as hall elements, disposed at a position around the permanent magnet so that one of the sensing elements senses magnetic field at a phase different from the other. The first yoke and the second yoke forms two magnetic paths crossing each other at the magnetic sensor.

    摘要: A data transfer system allowing high-quality transfer of streaming data through a network having a relatively large delay variation in data delivery is disclosed. When transferring streaming data in packets from a server computer to a client computer through a repeater provided in the network, the repeater buffers a streaming packet for a set time period before forwarding it to the client computer. The set time period is determined so that a receiving time interval of packets at the client computer is substantially equal to a sending time interval of packets at the server computer.

    摘要: A fuel cell module of the present invention includes a fuel cell stack and a power converter incorporated respectively in the casing. The power converter has a printed circuit board and a switching semiconductor. The printed circuit board is arranged between the switching semiconductor and the fuel cell stack, thereby cutting off the radiation of heat from the fuel cell stack to the switching semiconductor, and reducing the conduction loss of the switching semiconductor.
