摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a system and method for measurement and analysis of a behavior of a golf club head. Specifically, the system comprises a measurement and analysis device having a marker recognition and positional information acquisition unit for recognizing the at least one marker and acquiring positional information of the recognized at least one marker, a vector calculation unit for calculating a first vector representing a direction of the head and a second vector representing a tangent vector of a trajectory of the head during the golf swing, and a vector angle change acquisition unit for calculating a vector angle between the first vector and the second vector and acquiring a time series change of the calculated vector angle.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a golf club classification method capable of classifying a golf swing precisely. Specifically, the present invention provides a classification method comprising steps of: partitioning the golf swing of the golfer into golf swing trajectories of a back swing, a down swing, and a follow through so as to determine a stable point in the golf swing trajectories as an origin for any two of the trajectories and to assign a two dimensional coordinate to the two golf swing trajectories; determining straight lines connecting each of one point selected within each of the two golf swing trajectories and the origin; calculating angles between each of the determined straight lines and the horizontal line respectively for the two golf swing trajectories; and classifying the golf swing based on a difference between the calculated angles.

摘要： A method for replacing a shaft of a golf club, the golf club including: a head having a hosel; the shaft; a shaft case fixed to one end of the shaft, and configured to be inserted into the hosel; and a ring-shaped screw member configured to be screwed into one end of the hosel to fix the shaft case in the hosel, and to be fitted with an outer face of an one end of the shaft case, the ring-shaped screw member being noncontact with the shaft, the method comprising: fixing a newly-provided shaft to a newly-provided shaft case corresponding to the hosel; unscrewing the ring-shaped screw member from the hosel; removing the shaft case with the shaft from the hosel; inserting the newly-provided shaft case with the newly-provided shaft to the hosel; and screwing the ring shaped screw member on the hosel.

摘要： A hollow golf club head according to this invention includes a face portion, a crown portion, a sole portion, and a side portion. This golf club head includes a head body that forms the crown portion, the sole portion, and the side portion and has an opening portion in a portion corresponding to the face portion, and a face member that is joined to the opening portion and forms the face portion. The head body includes a first notch portion formed in a heel-side portion of the peripheral edge of the opening portion, which is on the side of the crown portion, and a second notch portion formed in a toe-side portion of the peripheral edge, which is on the side of the sole portion. The face member includes a first extending portion that seals the first notch portion, and a second extending portion that seals the second notch portion. The first extending portion is more rigid than a portion of the peripheral edge, which is on the side of the crown portion and on the toe side with respect to the first extending portion. The second extending portion is more rigid than a portion of the peripheral edge, which is on the side of the sole portion and on the heel side with respect to the second extending portion.

At least one recess is defined in the metal sole portion to extend in a front-rear direction over at least half-length of a front-rear length of the sole portion. The elastic body is embedded in the recess. The weight member is fixed to the recess to cover the elastic body. The weight member is flush with the sole portion. A total area of the recess is in a range of 10% to 60% of that of the sole portion.
