摘要: A producing method for producing zirconia hollow particles in which a zirconia powder mutually combines to form a porous shell layer thereby constructing a hollow structure, the method being characterized in mixing under a pressurized contact a resin powder and a zirconia powder of a grain size smaller than that of the resin powder, thereby forming a precursor by covering a surface of the resin powder with the zirconia powder in a partially embedded state, and calcining the precursor to expel the resin powder and to mutually sinter the zirconia powder.

摘要: A battery cover includes first and second cover portions and a coupling portion that is arranged in a position lower than upper surfaces of the first and second cover portions, between the first and second cover portions. The coupling portion includes a connection portion that is fixed to the second cover portion and a hinge portion that is thinner than the connection portion. The hinge portion is provided such that hinge end portions on both sides are thicker than a hinge center portion. Each of the hinge end portions is formed such that a side end surface thereof is a curved surface which is gently inclined from the first cover portion to the second cover portion and that an upper surface thereof is formed into a substantially arc-shaped curved surface which is thinnest in its center and inclined upward to gradually become thicker from the center toward both support ends.

摘要: A locking portion (13) is provided to lock an open/close cover (15) to a fuse unit (5) or a cover main body (9) assembled to the fuse unit (5) in a state where the open/close cover (15) is closed. The open/close cover (15) is openably and closably connected to the cover main body (9), and includes first and second side walls (17, 19) respectively on both end sides in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to an opening/closing direction and extending in the opening/closing direction. The locking portion (13) includes a locking protrusion (21) provided in the first side wall (17) deformable in the orthogonal direction, and a mating locking protrusion (23) provided in the fuse unit (5) or the cover main body (9) and facing the first side wall (17).
