    摘要： A compressor piston that smoothly slides in a cylinder bore and a coating method for manufacturing such pistons. Coating material is applied to a piston to form a coating layer. The principal components of the material include fluororesin and a binder. The coating layer is not ground. Therefore, fluororesin, which migrates to the surface of the coating layer, is not removed by grinding, which permits the piston to resist friction.

    摘要： A method of producing a piston for a swash plate type compressor including a head portion which is slidably fitted in a cylinder bore of the compressor, and an engaging section which engages a swash plate of the compressor, wherein a blank including a hollow cylindrical head section corresponding to the head portion and an engaging section corresponding to the engaging portion is formed by a pore-free die-casting method, such that the head section and the engaging section are formed integrally with each other at the closed end by the head section, and wherein a closing member is fixed to the hollow cylindrical head section so as to close its open end, for thereby providing the head portion of the piston.

The inner sliding projection has a sliding surface for sliding contact with an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder bore. The sliding surface is symmetrical with respect to a plane including centerlines of the piston and the cylinder block. The connecting portion connects the inner sliding projection and the neck portion.

    摘要： Swash plate type compressor including a cylinder block having cylinder bores arranged along a circle, a drive shaft aligned with the circle, a swash plate rotated with the drive shaft, and single-headed pistons each including a head portion engaging the cylinder bore, and a neck portion engaging the swash plate, and wherein each piston is reciprocated by the swash plate rotated by the drive shaft, and the head portion includes a circular body portion, and an outer sliding portion and an inner sliding portion which are disposed between the body portion and the neck portion and which slidably engage respective circumferential portions of the cylinder bore which correspond to respective radially outer and inner portions of the cylinder block. Length from the end face of the body portion to the remote end of the inner sliding portion is larger than the corresponding length of the outer sliding portion. The inner sliding portion has a distal sliding part spaced from the end face by at least 40% of the entire piston length and having a central angle of not larger than 120° and a length of at least 5% of the entire piston length.

    摘要： In this driving force transmission apparatus, with a simple constitution employing a one-way clutch 20 instead of an electromagnetic clutch, the driving force derived from the motor 33 can be transmitted to the rotating shaft 1 during engine stops, and the driving force of the engine can be transmitted to the rotating shaft 1 during engine operations. Also, the pulley 3 is held against the connecting portion 11 and the fixed-side member 26 by means of first and second two ball bearings 21, 30 disposed axially adjacent to first and second inner cylinder portions 6, 7, respectively, between which the opening portion 5 of the pulley 2 is interposed. This simple driving force transmission apparatus can switch between transmission and non-transmission of driving force from pulley to rotating shaft, and transmits the driving force of a motor directly to the rotating shaft in the non-transmission state.
