摘要: A hydraulic drive vehicle includes a bypass valve for fluidly connecting or disconnecting a pump/second-motor line and a second-motor/first-motor line, and set a capacity of a first hydraulic motor to a standard capacity which makes a peripheral speed of a first wheel driven by the first hydraulic motor equal to a peripheral speed of a second wheel driven by a second hydraulic motor when the bypass valve fluidly disconnects the two lines and set the capacity of the first hydraulic motor to a first capacity smaller than the standard capacity when the bypass valve fluidly connects the two lines. The present invention makes it possible to widen a variable range in which a traveling speed of the vehicle could be changed.

摘要: A hydraulic four-wheel-drive working vehicle includes a hydraulic pump unit having a hydraulic pump main body of a variable displacement type, a pair of left and right first motor devices driving a left and right first driving wheels, and a pair of left and right second motor devices driving a left and right second driving wheels, wherein each of the pair of first motor devices and the pair of second motor devices includes a hydraulic motor main body forming an HST in cooperation with the hydraulic pump main body, a motor volume adjusting mechanism, and a hydraulic actuating mechanism that operates the motor volume adjusting mechanism, and the hydraulic actuating mechanisms in the pair of first motor devices and the pair of second motor devices are operated and controlled with use of hydraulic fluid from a single hydraulic pressure source.

摘要: A hydraulic wheel-drive working vehicle according to the present invention makes it possible to change a driving state by a driving-mode switching valve between a right-left differential-lock driving state in which a pair of driving wheels are driven in an independent manner to each other with hydraulic fluid discharged from a hydraulic pump and having respective amounts defined by a flow dividing/combining mechanism and a right-left differential driving state in which the pair of left and right driving wheels are driven in a hydraulically differential manner to each other, and also to supply the hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic pump to the pair of hydraulic motors without being subjected to fluid load of the flow dividing/combining mechanism at the right-left differential driving state, thereby enhancing transmission efficiency at the right-left differential driving state.

摘要: A hydraulic transaxle includes a transaxle casing including an upper transaxle housing and a lower casing, hydrostatic transmission (“HST”), and an axle. The HST has a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor that are fluidly connected to each other. The hydraulic motor has a motor shaft that is drivingly connected to the axle through a reduction gear train that is disposed between the hydraulic pump and the axle. Reduction gear train has a gear shaft supported by the upper transaxle housing via a ball bearing. At least a part of the upper transaxle housing is formed by a gear top cover made of metal and covering the reduction gear train. Ball bearing is supported by the upper transaxle housing and the gear top cover.

摘要: A vehicle transaxle system includes a pair of right and left transaxle units equipped on a vehicle. The right transaxle unit supports a single right axle, and the left transaxle unit supports a single left axle. A variable displacement hydraulic pump is disposed in each of the right and left transaxle units so as to be driven by power from a prime mover of the vehicle. A variable displacement hydraulic motor is disposed in each of the right and left transaxle units and is fluidly connected to the corresponding hydraulic pump so as to drive the corresponding right or left axle. A movable motor displacement control member is provided in each of the transaxle unit so as to be moved to change the displacement of the corresponding hydraulic motor. An interlocking connection means is connected to both the movable motor displacement control members of the respective hydraulic motors. The vehicle is provided with a first manipulator for changing displacements of the hydraulic pumps, and is provided with a second manipulator for operating the interlocking connection means. The interlocking connection means is operated by operating the second manipulator so as to synchronously move both the movable motor displacement control members.
