    摘要： An extruder driving apparatus is provided in which a speed change gear mechanism is disposed in a position allowing the speed change gear mechanism to rotate at a much lower rotational speed, whereby a noise level is reduced and a seizing trouble is more surely avoided. The extruder driving apparatus comprises a main motor; a planetary gear mechanism including a torque input portion driven by the main motor and outputting a driving force after reducing a rotational speed of the main motor; an output distributing gear mechanism for distributing a driving force from an output portion of the planetary gear mechanism to a plurality of rotor drive shafts arranged parallel to each other; coupling units for connecting one ends of the rotor drive shafts to a plurality of rotors disposed on the extruder side; and thrust bearings for supporting the other ends of the rotor drive shafts to bear thrust forces imposed from the rotors. A speed change gear mechanism for adjusting a rotational speed of each rotor drive shaft through replacement of one pair of gears by another pair having a different gear ratio is provided between the planetary gear mechanism and the output distributing gear mechanism.

    摘要： To provide a gear pump for carrying high viscous liquid, which keeps a bearing in a free state and enhances reliability relative to a leakage of cooling medium and a leakage of molten resins. The gear pump in which a pair of gear rotors 2 are supported on a body 1 of the gear pump through a bearing 6, a cover for preventing the bearing 6 from being slipped out is secured to the body 1, and a temperature adjusting medium passage 20 is formed in the bearing 6, wherein an inlet pipe 28 and an outlet pipe 29 to the temperature adjusting medium passage 20 are connected to the axial outer end of the bearing 6, an intermediate plate 10 is interposed between the axial outer end of the bearing 6 and the cover 11, the intermediate plate 10 being provided with an insert hole 31 for the inlet pipe 28 and the outlet pipe 29, the cover 11 being provided with a guide portion 32 having the inlet pipe 28 and the outlet pipe 29 loosely fitted therein to guide them to outside. Further, at least a part of the inlet pipe 28 and the outlet pipe 29 is formed from a flexible member.

    摘要： A mixing degree adjusting device comprises a pair of spacer members arranged at a position sandwiching both round sectional portions of a pair of screws from both sides in the aligning direction of the pair of screws, and a pair of drawing members arranged as a position sandwiching both the round sectional portions from both sides in the orthogonal direction that is orthogonal to the aligning direction. The spacer members are movable between an adjusting position opposing to the round sectional portions, and a retracting position, when the screws are extracted from the barrel, for retracting to the outside until the passage of the screws is accepted. Opposing portions opposing to the round sectional portions at the time of moving to the adjusting position are formed in a substantially linear shape extending in parallel with the orthogonal direction seen from the axial direction of the screws. The drawing members are movable in the direction approaching to and retracting from the round sectional portions along the opposing portions in an area intervening between the opposing portions of both the spacer members at the time of moving to the adjusting position, and when the screws are extracted from the barrel, retractable to the outside until the passage of the screws is accepted.

    摘要： A sheet of paper is set on a paper-supplying portion of a top surface gloss processing apparatus while its top surface is faced upward. A gloss level sensor measures gloss level of the top surface of the sheet of paper. Data of this measurement is compared with a previously set threshold value. Based on this comparison, it is determined whether or not the gloss processing has been performed on the top surface thereof. When determining that the gloss processing has been already performed, a warning message such that the gloss processing has been already performed on the top surface of the sheet, of paper is displayed on a screen. On the other hand, when determining that the gloss processing has not performed, the top surface gloss processing apparatus performs the gloss processing on the top surface thereof.

    摘要： Provided is a polyolefin-based resin composition capable of obtaining a molded product having a high modulus of elongation and a low coefficient of linear expansion. The polyolefin-based resin composition includes a polyolefin-based resin, flaked graphite, and either one or both of a compound with a six-membered ring structure and a compound with a five-membered ring structure. The flaked graphite is uniformly dispersed in the polyolefin-based resin. Thus, a molded product formed using the polyolefin-based resin composition has excellent mechanical strength such as a high modulus of elongation, a low coefficient of linear expansion, and high dimensional stability, and can be used for various applications such as a material that is suitable for use as the exterior panels of automobiles or a sheet metal replacement material.
