摘要： A vehicle seat apparatus includes a vehicle seat; a swiveling drive unit that swivels the vehicle seat between a frontward-oriented position in which the vehicle seat faces the front of a vehicle and at least one of an outward-oriented position in which the vehicle seat is oriented in the outward direction of the vehicle and an inward-oriented position in which the vehicle seat is oriented in the inward direction of the vehicle; an occupant condition detection unit that detects the condition of an occupant in the vehicle; and a control unit that controls the swiveling drive unit based on the detection result obtained by the occupant condition detection unit. With this configuration, it is possible to further increase the comfort of a passenger compartment based on the condition of the occupants in the vehicle.

A plurality of vehicle data are collected based a plurality of types of driving operations. Based on an evaluation criterion as an index for evaluating levels of the driving operations, the collected vehicle data are grouped into at least two groups. Characteristic values of the vehicle data differing between these groups are extracted.

摘要： An inattentive state determination device includes an observed amount acquiring means for acquiring information on the driver's line of sight and at least one of either information on driving operations or information on the traveling state as an observed amount; and an inattentive state determining means for determining the inattentive state of the driver based on the stochastic relationship between the inattentive state and the observed amount as well as the observed amount acquired by using the observed amount acquiring means. In addition, the inattentive state determining means calculates the probability that the driver is driving inattentively and determines that the driver is driving inattentively when the calculated probability exceeds a threshold.

摘要： An eco-driving probability density estimation unit and an eco-driving awareness pre-learning unit resets an evaluation standard of driving of a driver of a host vehicle for each condition in which the host vehicle is driven for each driving evaluation. Therefore, it becomes possible to set the evaluation standard of the driving in accordance with an actual condition during evaluation compared to a case where the standard for uniformly evaluating the driving is set. An eco-driving capability/proficiency estimation unit and an eco-driving awareness estimation unit evaluate the driving of the driver of the host vehicle by the evaluation standard reset by the eco-driving probability density estimation unit and the eco-driving awareness pre-learning unit. Therefore, it becomes possible to perform driving evaluation more suitable for the actual condition.
