摘要: a System for calculating and emitting analytical data, particularly medically relevant analytical data, has a computer with an evaluation unit for analyzing information entered by the system user and for generating the analytical data, and an output medium provided at the user side. The evaluation unit is configured for interrogating and accepting information that can be entered at the user side such that the information can be entered autonomously by the user based on a number of inquiries which are predefined at the system side, and which can be selected with reference to each response, and which can be made available as an output to user via the output medium. The evaluation unit is configured for controlling an interactive information capture such that, depending on the running information compilation, specific inquiries can be formulated and shown to the user. The evaluation unit is configured for processing information that is random in content and for evaluating the analytical data with a value measure lying between two extreme values. The analytical data that is generated on the basis of the running information compilation can be interrogated by the user at any time and supplied to the user as an output upon such interrogation.

摘要: In a method for converging the ends of two light waveguides, light energy is coupled into one light wave guide and a portion thereof is coupled out of the other light waveguide. This in and out coupling of the light is undertaken during the axial displacement of one of the light waveguides, whereby the light energy coupled out is continuously measured during the axial displacement. A control signal which is employed for terminating the longitudinal displacement is derived from the discontinuous change in the wave form of the measured light energy coupled out, which discontinuous change occurs at the time of contact between the end faces of the two light waveguides.

摘要: The invention relates to a position-finding method for determing the location of a mobile object. The features, for example received field strengths, of a plurality of base stations are measured, and the object position is located from these features, using a reference map. During an initialization process, a reference map is created which comprises a multiplicity of positions and the associated feature-dependent values. During use of the method, a plurality of position-finding processes are carried out, by means of each of which a measured feature-dependent value and from this, a located position of the object, are determined using the predetermined reference map. The predetermined reference map is in each case updated for at least some of the positions found, during which updates, the feature-dependent values are each corrected by a correction term at the support points of the reference map in a predetermined area surrounding an object position.

摘要: A split-flange connector is made by first rolling a strand of steel into an elongated bar having a rolled planar face formed centrally with a semicylindrical groove extending parallel to the face. This bar is then cut perpendicularly to the face into at least two identical sections of a predetermined length. At least one bore offset from and parallel to the groove is drilled through each bar section. The two sections are clipped together with the faces abutting flatly and the grooves forming a cylindrical passage.

摘要: Incineration is controlled in such a way that a sintering and/or fusing of the slag takes place as early as in the incineration bed of the main incineration zone. The incineration residues produced are quenched in a wet slag remover and conveyed out of the latter. The wet incineration residues which come out of the wet slag remover are firstly divided into two fractions by means of a screening operation, after which the main fraction is washed with water taken from the wet slag remover, and in the process adhering fine pieces are separated off. The washed pieces of the incineration residues are fed for reuse. The washing water together with the ultra fine pieces which have been taken up during the washing operation pass into the wet slag remover. The fine fraction produced during the mechanical separation operation is fed back to the incineration operation.
