摘要： A cell electrode of the present invention has a current collector and an active material layer formed on the current collector. The active material layer contains: an active material in which a mean particle diameter is more than 1 μm to 5 μm or less and a BET specific surface area is 1 to 5 m2/g; and a conductive material of which content is 3 to 50 mass % with respect to 100 mass % of the active material.
