摘要: A head cleaning device includes a first wiping member, a first drive mechanism, a second wiping member, a second drive mechanism, a common drive source, and control circuitry. The first wiping member wipes a nozzle face of each of a plurality of liquid discharge heads. The first drive mechanism moves the first wiping member to a first wiping position at which the first wiping member wipes the nozzle face and a first retraction position spaced apart from the nozzle face. The second wiping member wipes the nozzle face. The second drive mechanism moves the second wiping member to a second wiping position at which the second wiping member wipes the nozzle face and a second retraction position spaced apart from the nozzle face. The common drive source drives the first drive mechanism and the second drive mechanism. The control circuitry controls the common drive source.

摘要: [Problem] To provide a reducing agent supply apparatus that can quickly melt urea aqueous solution solidified in a reducing agent injection valve to allow early start of the injection control of urea aqueous solution, a method for controlling the reducing agent supply apparatus, and an exhaust gas purification apparatus.[Means for Resolution] A reducing agent supply apparatus, including: a storage tank for storing liquid reducing agent; a pump for pumping the reducing agent; a reducing agent injection valve for injecting the reducing agent pumped by the pump in an exhaust pipe of an internal combustion engine; and a reducing agent passage connecting the pump to the reducing agent injection valve, wherein, when the internal combustion engine stops, a purge process of collecting the reducing agent in the reducing agent passage into the storage tank is performed, and wherein, on part of the reducing agent passage, a siphon function portion is provided for, even when, at the start of the internal combustion engine, the reducing agent injection valve is in injection failure due to solidification of the reducing agent in the reducing agent injection valve, causing some of the reducing agent to reach the reducing agent injection valve after the start of the pump to cause the solidified reducing agent to melt.

摘要: The present invention relates to a decoding method and a decoder, a program, a recording-and-reproducing apparatus and a method, and a reproducing apparatus and a method that are suitable for decoding encoded data encoded by using a linear code on ring R. A low-density processing unit performs parity-check-matrix low-density processing, performs linear combination for rows of a parity check matrix included in an obtained reception word, and generates a parity check matrix according to the linear-combination result, thereby reducing the density of the parity check matrix used for decoding, at step S21. Then, at step S22, an LDPC decoding unit performs decoding by using a sum product algorithm (SPA) by using the parity check matrix whose density is reduced through the processing performed at step S21. Where the processing at step S22 is finished, the LDPC decoding unit finishes decoding for the reception word. The present invention can be used for an error-correction system.
