摘要： There is provided a hydrogen production apparatus having a simple structure for efficiently producing hydrogen. The hydrogen production apparatus 10 comprises a reactor 12 for reacting silicon (which may be waste silicon) and an aqueous basic hydroxide solution, a hydrogen absorbing alloy 20 for storing hydrogen produced by the reaction, and a reservoir/filter 14 which retains a solid or liquid product generated in the reactor 12 and filters a solution or suspension containing the solid or liquid product so as to separate the product from water.

摘要： A powder preparing device has a filtering device which processes CMP waste water and a vacuum dry-freezing device which dries a slurry which is concentrated to a high concentration by the filtering device. A membrane module in which at least one gel filtering film in which a gel layer is formed on a surface of a filtering membrane having a pore size of 0.25 μm is provided is placed within the filtering device. A pump sucks waste water from within the gel filtering membrane of the membrane module. The high-concentration slurry obtained by the filtering device may be supplied for various uses without further processing, or a powder may be obtained by transporting the high-concentration slurry to the vacuum dry-freezing device using a transporting pump and applying a drying process.

摘要： Waste water generated by processing a semiconductor is filtered to be cleaned. Removable matters trapped by a first filter film are used as a second filter film. Filtering capciity is maintained by applying an external force such as bubbles to the second filter film. When removable matters are mixed with the filtered water, the filtered water is recirculated again to the tank in which the waste water is stored, and after it is checked that a desired inclusion rate has been reached filtration is started again.

摘要： Wastewater, in the form of a colloidal solution containing microparticles, is filtrated using a second filter, having a gel film that is formed by suction on the surface of a first filter. The suction pressure in this process is made extremely weak to maintain the filtration capacity while extending intervals prior to clogging of second filter. Furthermore, the gel that becomes adsorbed onto the surface of second filter can be separated readily from the surface of second filter by stopping the suction and filtration can be continued again thereafter.

摘要： A wastewater treatment equipment of an embodiment of the present invention neutralizes a WTBT 12 by introducing the WTBT 12 containing fluorine components to a first treatment tank 11A and by introducing an NaOH solution from a second path P2 and so on. The fluorine components contained in the WTBT 12 is then fixed as calcium fluoride by adding calcium components to the WTBT 12 stored in a second treatment tank 11B. Furthermore, MTBR like calcium fluoride are separated from the WTBT in a third treatment tank 11C. The separated MTBR are rinsed and dewatered in a filter press 17.

Filtration apparatus maintenance and management are facilitated by improving recovery efficiency of the precipitated removables by tapering a lower part inside a raw water tank and providing a recovery tank for recovering removables via a valve.
