摘要： An objective of the invention is to provide a rubber composition which has satisfactory processability and dimension stability, and the like, gives a vulcanized rubber exhibiting excellent wearing resistance and tensile strength, and the like, and thus is useful in a belt, a hose and a tire and the like, as well as a crosslinked rubber particle for obtaining such rubber composition. A rubber composition of the invention comprises [1] a crosslinked rubber particle comprising as repeating units (a) 30 to 94.89% by weight of a conjugated diene unit, (b) 5 to 69.89% by weight of an aromatic vinyl unit, (c) 0.01 to 10% by weight of a monomer unit having at least two polymerizable unsaturated group, (d) one polymerizable unsaturated group and an amino group, a hydroxyl group and an epoxy group and (e) 0.1 to 30% by weight of a monomer unit having one polymerizable unsaturated group and a carboxylic group and having a particle size of 10 to 500 nm and a toluene-insolubles of 80% by weight or more and [2] a non-crosslinked rubber component whose toluene-insolubles is less than 20% by weight.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a rubber composition which can give a vulcanized rubber with low rolling resistance and excellent wet skid resistance and wear resistance, which is particularly useful for automobile tire treads and the like. The rubber composition of the invention comprises (1) a crosslinked rubber particle containing, as repeating units, 40 to 79.99% by weight of a monomer unit formed by a conjugated diene such as 1,3-butadiene, 20 to 50% by weight of a monomer unit formed by an aromatic vinyl monomer such as styrene and 0.01 to 10% by weight of a monomer unit formed by a monomer having at least two polymerizable unsaturated groups such as divinylbenzene, and (2) a conjugated diene/aromatic vinyl copolymeric rubber whose vinyl content of the conjugated diene monomer unit is 10 to 30% and whose 1,4-trans bond content is more than 55%, such as styrene-butadiene copolymeric rubber. The crosslinked rubber particle may also contain a repeating unit composed of a monomer having one polymerizable unsaturated group and carboxylic group, hydroxyl group and/or epoxy group.

摘要： A rubber composition of the invention comprises [1] a cross inked rubber particle component whose toluene-insolubles is 50% by weight or more and whose number mean particle size is 3 to 1000 nm and [2] a non-crosslinked rubber component whose toluene-insolubles is less than 20% by weight. This crosslinked rubber particle component is a polymer comprising at least one selected from (1) a conjugated diene unit, (2) a conjugated diene unit and an &agr;,&bgr;-unsaturated nitrile unit and (3) a conjugated diene unit and an acrylate unit as well as a monomer unit having at least 2 polymerizable unsaturated groups. The non-crosslinked rubber component described above is a polymer co rising at least one selected from (a) a conjugated diene unit, (b) (a) plus an aromatic vinyl unit, (c) (a) plus an &agr;,&bgr;-unsaturated nitrile unit, (d) (a) plus an acrylate unit and (e) an ethylene unit and an &agr;-olefin unit having 3 to 12 carbon atoms.

A conjugated diene-based rubber in the invention has a glass transition point of −60 to 0° C., an olefinically unsaturated nitrile monomer unit randomly contains in its molecular chain, its repeating units consists of 9 to 30% by mass of an olefinically unsaturated nitrile monomer unit such as acrylonitrile, 10 to 50% by mass of an aromatic vinyl monomer unit such as styrene and 20 to 81% by mass of a conjugated diene monomer unit such as 1,3-butadiene, and its Mooney viscosity [ML1+4(100° C.)] is 20 to 200. An oil extended rubber in the invention comprises 100 parts by mass of the conjugated diene-based rubber and 10 to 60 parts by mass of an extending oil. A rubber composition in the invention comprises a rubber component containing a conjugated diene-based rubber, and an inorganic filler such as a silica and/or a carbon black.

A latex comprising a diene-based rubber such as styrene-butadiene copolymeric rubber, butadiene-styrene-isoprene copolymeric rubber and the like is mixed with an aqueous solution of a silicate in which an alkaline salt of silicic acid such as sodium silicate, potassium silicate and the like is dissolved, and then the resultant mixture is further mixed with an aqueous solution of electrolytes containing [1] a cationic substance which has an affinity to the diene-based rubber including a cationic polymer coagulating agent such as poly(meth)acrylic ester or the like and a cationic surfactant such as alkylamine acetate or the like and [2] a salt of an acid such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and the like with a multivalent metal such as calcium, magnesium and the like, to form a co-coagulated material, which is followed by a drying, whereby obtaining a diene-based rubber/inorganic compound complex.
